On August 11, 2024 before 8pm I went to place an order, I was standing in front of the register for over 20 minutes and no one acknowledged me. I order the bacon cheeseburger instead of burger bun they used semi toasted sourdough, missing items and horrible service. I told the employees 6 times, no ice on my drinks, she still put ice in them.

I love Burger King but this location is horrible! Received a squished whopper with almost no veggies drentched in mustard and a slice of cheese. I ordered a regular whopper. I also ordered 2 Whopper Jrs no ketchup (it had ketchup) and an unsweet tea (was given sweet tea). The empty parking lot and drive thru should have been a red flag.

Went here with my wife. The fries where not hot the burgers where so dry. I chocked with the first bite. After explaining that the burger was dry. I was given another and it just had more mayo to cover up the fact that the patties where not fresh. No one could speak english. I know eagle pass is a border town. But its not mexico.

Food was good. The facility was in great condition. My only issue is when ordering a combo. They offer you Medium or Large. Is small not an option anymore? They are pushing the upcharge as if normal doesn’t even exist. Any sales techniques based upon deception pisses me off.

Someone isn’t always at the first window to charge customers today I saw someone, I stopped, the person was hunched down, didn’t even get up to acknowledge me nor tell me he needed a moment so I drove up to the second window only to be told that I needed to back up to the 1st window to be charged. I was not going to back up, I was afraid someone would drive up and get hit and the window clerk said they were not allowed to take my card to the other window to charge my order. Since they were not helpful at all, I canceled my order. Very bad customer service. People need retraining.
