I had to order twice from this store, the first time, totally on the delivery driver for stealing my food. It did take me 2 hours to get in touch with a manager at the store, he was very polite, but the associate that initially answered the phone, brushed off my concern as if I was inconveniencing her, when I was simply trying to get an answer about where my food was. I ordered a second time, the same associate picked up, a new manager, same neglectful attitude as the associate. I could hear in the background how irritated they were with me when I was simply trying to prevent the incident from earlier. I truly love this Panera Bread location so it sucked having this experience stain my having such a high regard for it. Now I feel that every time I go in, they’ll recognize my name and treat me differently. Grateful that my food was delivered the second time around.

Great food and service. The portions were solid. I had to ask for more dressing on my salad because they were light on that. The piece of bread that my friend got for his side was massive. Definitely worth it. The people were very nice. I would go to this location again because it’s near a lot of my favorite stores.

Maybe the best well run Panera I’ve been to. It was clean, lots off seating and I always enjoy the lighting and atmosphere of a Panera. Food came out quickly. I did rate this for 5 or of 5, it was good, got the Fiji salad… But this was dinner, late in the day, did not make me sick as in other places I’ve been.. But I did notice the lettuce was maybe towards end of life on some leafs.

Girl at register was not friendly at all. I had a deal on my phone and was new to using deals. She seemed impatient and made me feel rushed. I felt like I shouldn’t have come in but maybe order online and just pick up, which next time I will. Food was good as always

I have gone to Towson Panera twice in the past week. On Thursday I ordered on line got home, it was the wrong sandwich. This morning I ordered a bagel and cream cheese got home no cream cheese. It was not busy either time I was there. Associates need to pay more attention to order details. I paid for the cream cheese. Thank you

All the items were delicious and fresh. We liked the bread more. The Chipotle chicken Avocado cheese sandwich was really good. We enjoyed the ice tea and Panera potato chips.

Always a great meal here, and I love the comfortable seating. A worker even came and cleared our dishes when we had finished eating! Wonderful friendly service.

I hate to do this, but the level of frustration is insane.
I’m a local resident and regular to this particular location. Every time I order from them, there is always something wrong. If it’s not getting the correct side, a loose soup lid, or having my sandwich smashed. Today I even saw a bakery clerk aggressively handle a customer’s pastry while handing it to her.
I honestly believe that the foundation of customer service is done. Common courtesy and customs have been disregarded by this particular location. Even the men’s restaurant reeks of month old body fluids, but have the nerve to have an access code.
Although this location is literally in walking distance from my home, I will inconvenience myself by taking my business to TOWSON.

I just went to eat at Panera and received the terrible service, by the manager. My soup was barely warm. I asked for them to warm my soup and they told me to use the microwave. My soup was in a bread bowl, so when I questioned how I was supposed to heat it up they said here’s a bowl. I asked them to just give me fresh soup and they refused. I settled for using the microwave which was not working, so an associate had to come out to fix it. All while my family had to wait while their food got cold. They also forgot to make my daughter’s smoothie and we had to go back and ask for it .

The problem with this place continues to be the service. I decided today to actually go in and place an order instead of on the app. It wasn’t too crowded yet it took forever to get my order. I ordered 2 breakfast sandwiches. This is how one was given to me. What you can’t see is all the grease that was on top of the bread and the container. The eggs and the avocado were falling out. This isn’t my first time ordering their new sandwich so I know how it’s supposed to look. Then I had to also wait for a cold brew since the person making drinks thought it was more important to talk with his coworkers instead of making a drink that takes no more than 3 minutes. I don’t know what to say about this place anymore. I’m just going to stick with the Timonium location or just order from the app. Mobile orders seem to be given priority.
