I work my regular job, take care of my brother that has dementia, and I take care of my 85 yr old Mother. I do not have time to get food here. It’s quicker for me to cook it myself because they always screw up the order. My brother loves Bojangles and we recently move to this side of town. EVERY TIME I have been here, doesn’t matter what time of day, they get my order wrong. One afternoon they had me pull forward to wait on something. I was answering emails on my phone when I realize 30 minutes had passed. I went up to the window and they completely lost my order and didn’t make it. AMAZING HOW IT IS CONSISTENTLY WRONG. I am starting to get the impression that maybe they are doing it on purpose, because no one can be this bad!

One of the best bojangles in the state. The manager (david) and his team keep the place clean and running smoothly. The food is always hot and fresh. Definitely a great place to go for breakfast, lunch, or dinner.

Went recently and my wife and son were both served chicken supremes that were raw. Reported to the Forsyth Health department but there’s not much that was done other than paying them a visit a few days later and documenting what happened.
My advice, do your research on this particular location. They’ve have had these same type of issues ever since they opened. Checkout google reviews, Doordash, Nextdoor, facebook, several people have reported issues and I know one person was hospitalized after eating half a cajun chicken sandwich that was raw. How this location is still opened is beyond me.
Also, some of the staff have very bad attitudes. I feel like upper level management for this location simply do not care because if they did, these issues would not still be happening. We will never be back

Horrible experience!! They have a unprofessional crew, who mock, joke around and do not take their job serious. I made two trips to this Bojangles and they screwed up the orders both times. There was a bunch of young staff taking the orders, packing the orders, and there are young people in the management position. My fries were half full, my cinnamon biscuits were not made properly, my sweet potato pie was messed up and packaged horribly, and I when I came both times, I went inside I had to wait 30 minutes. They need some professional, qualified, and mature workers. I will not be giving them my service any longer.

Pretty good food but the service is extremely slow and not worth your time. I waited in a short drive thru line for more than 25 minutes for one order of food. Not worth your time!!

Tried to order food here yesterday. The AI assist crap takes forever to actually get your order correct. This one was repeating the same question so I had to park to go in to order. Stood at the counter for a few minutes and was never helped by an employee. There were two people working behind the line making food but no one taking orders. Ended up going somewhere else to get food. Sad.

UPDATE: Slowest service, longest wait times, and worst customer service I’ve seen. Expect to wait a long time on simple orders. The staff act mad you are spending money here.
New Bojangles location with the most modern design I have seen. This location features double drive throughs, ordering kiosks, ample ♿ handicap accessible seating, parking, and restrooms and it is so clean. Come here for the amazing chicken sandwiches like the Cajun Filet, the chicken supremes, the best fries around that need no condiment, and one of the best breakfasts around.

I stopped at This Bojangles and ordered from inside thinking that my order would be better than before. I made a big mistake. My food look like it was sitting under the light all day . My bow round look like they have been sitting for a couple of days. I was at work so I couldn’t go back up there at the time but I end up throwing that food in the trash. Not only that, I ordered a three-piece and they said that they didn’t have any thighs, what chicken place don’t have chicken. I called up there to make a complaint, and the manager was very unprofessional, wanted to argue Me down about bad food and bad service. I will never go back there again.

Service was slow. We did come in with a huge group but furthermore, I should not see attitudes flowing through the kitchen at all. I work in a fast food environment therefore I understand how hard it can be with huge amount of people, but instead of not moving fast, not paying attention the wait was even longer when it really shouldn’t have been. Mobile orders taking longer than walk ins, but big props to this lady with blonde hair she was being so patient!! And I definitely did not get my refund.
