We ordered a big kahuna with out or little jalapenos to be delivered. I got a hunk of dry beef on a soft roll with a piece of slightly melted cheese. It was a cold sub, not even a little warm, disgusting. When I called to complain, I was told door dash might reimburse. Great customer service!!! (Sarcasm).

On the 17th of June, my mom picked up 2 large cheese steaks, fried onions and hot peppers. We loved the cheese steaks they made and never had a problem with the price. Our bill was over $36.00. On this day how ever our steaks were horrible the meat tasted freezer burnt. Unfortunately we ate at a truck stop, on our way out of town. I tried calling them but was hung up on. If we were home we would have taken them back. To spend that much for a steak sandwich it will be a very long time before we go back.

Clerk was good but bread was dry. Tomato’s mealy. Lettuce brownish. The roast beef was 1/3 fat. Complete waste of money. Tried to not look past the counter where I could see a dirty floor.
