We had a wonderful time. It was our first time there. I enjoyed that you go up to the counter, order, they give you a table number and you can seat yourself. Once your food is ready, they will bring it out to you and then you do have to clean up your own table/ after yourself.
We loved the design on the inside. It is a great place to have a meal.
The prices were not so bad. I think we spent $50 for our family of 3.
We will be again as the food was good, super healthy, and organic.

I loved City Silo! The Chipotle Chicken Salad was fresh and flavorful, and the portion was satisfying. The staff were friendly and attentive, making the experience even better. The space is bright, welcoming, and perfect for a casual lunch. Definitely a place I’ll come back to.

When my husband and I visited Memphis, I tried this place after hearing about it on TikTok. What drew me in was “they make juices, have vegan, gluten-free, and vegetarian options…” say less!
This was a really nice, clean looking place and it’s an option I would have when I visit. Memphis food had really disappointed me prior to this.
This place helps me eat as I do at home without feeling guilty for eating what I shouldn’t.
I don’t think the juice is made to order, but it was good. I also tried the Jam Session without blueberries and the sweet potato hash. The Jam Session was good, although they accidentally left off my Sprouts. I looked forward to those! The hash seemed to have more bell peppers and onions than sweet potatoes. It was okay.
I liked the atmosphere of the place and the order taker was really kind and helpful. I really appreciated her, although I didn’t get her name. I’ll return when I’m back in Memphis.

We came today to the City Silo for a business luncheon. The place was extremely crowded. The line went out the front door. It’s a popular place, and after we got to a seat and received our food, we found out why.
There isn’t a lot of room inside for a formed line, but there’s an awning over the porch so even when the line snakes outside you are out of the weather. Which was absolutely fine today.
As you come in the door, there is a rack of various snack foods to buy – Bjorn Qorn, chocolate bars, health bars and more. To the left as you enter is a souvenire stand with lots of merch – t-shirts, hats, mugs, bagged coffee and dried mushrooms.
I didn’t get a pic of the menu but there are a lot of options, for meat eaters and vegetarians. The back of the menu has a large list of drinks. I had the Silo burger, a side salad with ranch dressing and a sweet tea.
After ordering we sat at an elevated counter, and it wasn’t 5 minutes and our food arrived. More than enough to satisfy. My burger was 1/3 lb., spiced with some heat, enough to excite the palate but not enough to hurt the gut, which is a little sensitive.
The salad was arugula and baby spinach with shaved carrot, also red Romaine. The ranch dressing had a little bite to it too.
The staff was friendly, the service was quick, the food was excellent, and the price was affordable. All in all a satisfying lunch!

Love this spot for a quick, healthy bite! I always go for the kale Caesar — the kale is super fresh and never soggy. I usually add the Silo burger patty, which I like way more than the chicken. The chicken was a little dry and didn’t taste very homemade. The Sunshine Bowl and El Goodo Bowl are also go-tos. So many tasty, healthy options here.

The food was delicious. I was hesitant but even the meals without protein were amazing. The staff is friendly and helpful. The restaurant was clean and calming. I’ve come back since the first time and try something new every time! Would recommend it for good healthy food and a calming atmosphere.

Tried this place for my 1st time. Fresh food. The wait wasn’t too long. Wish their water cups were bigger though. I tried the tacos. Pretty tasty. Would definitely like to try other items in future.

So today for lunch I wanted to visit City Silo since the last time I posted a review it was a to-go order! Well here we go… I stopped at a different location (Germantown) and I immediately was amazed on how beautiful this location was! Wow! So classy and elegant, it just felt great! I started with the Hummus Plate along with the Silo Burger and the Pineapple Express Juice! This was delicious and I put hummus on every bite of the burger and a whole new level of flavor! It was fantastic. Ambience was super cool, music was great, super comfortable and very attentive staff!

I love that this place has vegan options❣️ The food is good. I always feel rushed at this location because you order your food before sitting down. As a result, yesterday I accidentally left parmesan cheese on my kale Caesar salad thinking it was vegan. Its not their fault, I don’t do well when I feel rushed and there is a line behind me. I wish we could get a menu and sit down and look at it before ordering.
My only complaints are:
1.You don’t get a receipt. I checked and I didn’t have one text or emailed to me.
2. Some of the items I purchased yesterday were higher than they are listed here.

Love the juices! The tempeh taco is so delicious, comes with salsa verde sauce which is tasty also. This place has healthy meal options but very tasty. I appreciate that. Can’t wait to try their other juices and smoothies. I had the red beet juice and I can never make it this yummy at home. Ordering online is easy and pick up is also quick and easy. Prices are really affordable! The tacos are less than $7 each. The toasts start at $5 for 1 slice. They have hearty bowls, sandwiches, etc. Lots of diff options and so many drink options also.
Update- I returned and dined in this time. Ordered the same taco & loved it. Tried a cappuccino & that was also made well. Also tried the Azteca tomb tonic, it was fresh. Really love the freshness at this restaurant & definitely my go to when I’m in the area.
Today the cappuccino was awful. Pic is attached, it’s half a cup of coffee and tastes so bad. The vanilla flavor they have is an agave syrup, not sure if that’s what it was. But I threw it out all.
