Even though the order was wrong and they had me under the air conditioning when it was already cold outside and I froze the whole time. I ate my lunch best I could and the service saved the day. She was nice and she was polite and she took care of me on check out. The server realized that something was wrong with the food and the fact that I didn’t want to stay so she compensated me the best she could on the bill. So I would say the service was the only thing that I thought was exceptional and would most likely bring me back to the restaurant.

Let’s clarify what actually took place. My husband and I, along with my parents, came in to eat together. When it was my husband’s turn to order, he asked for a salad with no eggs and requested pepperoni be added. The server initially said pepperoni could not be added. When my husband asked for clarification, she stated it would be a $5 upcharge. He declined, said that was fine, and chose to leave.
After he left, the server came back to me and asked if I still wanted my food. I told her yes, as I had already ordered. She then stated that the tea my husband had received needed to be paid for. I immediately said I would pay for the tea. At that point, I became upset with how the situation was handled, asked for my order to be canceled, left cash on the table to cover the tea, and left.
Very rude and unprofessional to dismiss feedback by attacking someone’s character. We simply chose not to order and left.

Went with my dog are outside .I ordered county fried steak eggs and hashbrown and side of bacon for my doggie .. the steak was terrible fake and soft like out of a box from Walmart I are 2 bites and thats it… Waitress wanted to ignore the fact of the whole steak still sitting there she finally asked and I told her she said sorry and still charged me for it .. thats crazy no place does this.. they need money so bad they wont comp food you didnt eat that taste like garbage… the rest of the food was ok.. the waitress was nice but I never got a refill either and at 3.00 plus u think u want at least 1 refill… she came fast with the check tho … you lost a customer. Only good thing was they are dog friendly but too expensive for bad food ..

Natalie’s is always a top notch place for a delicious breakfast. The service was extremely quick, and the food was fresh and delicious. The waitress is efficient and makes sure you have everything you need. Prices are right and coffee is great! Highly recommend!

Staff is delightful, food is awesome. Didn’t know what I wanted so I just pointed and my finger landed on the Cuban Benedict. It was so good, loaded with fresh roasted pork, perfectly poached eggs, and the hash browns were golden and crispy. Two thumbs up!

I had the Roast beef Triple with fries and not only was the sandwich amazing but so was the service. The waitresses really enjoy working with each other, Getting along and helping each other out, and the customers there were regulars because they were all happy to be there As if it was a regular hangout. So refreshing to see a local restaurant like this. I am definitely going back for the food and the service.
