I really enjoy this location. I may be honest. I was never a Domino Pizza Fan. I always felt they never gave me enough on my pizza.
But THEN … I was introduced to the Deep Dish ( its call The Handmade PAN!!

I must admit I am now a BIG FAN of Domino’s Pizza!!!

I went to this location 3 times this afternoon and waited over an hour for my pizza. I NEVER got the pizza! I was told by the assistant manager that I needed to call or come back later today to get a refund; because they were extremely busy. It’s 10:00pm, and I just got off the phone with the manager, Lauren. She told me she would give me a refund with the nastiest attitude! She never apologized or anything. I would HIGHLY recommend not doing business with this particular location!

Honestly had a terrible experience. While eating one of my slices of pizzas i pulled a string of hair out that was baked into my pizza. When my husband called and told them what happened he got the response of “Yes that nasty isn’t it.” The lack of professionalism was mind blowing. Not only did we get one pizza we had two and they said they couldn’t give a refund. It was after we told them we didn’t want to eat dominoes anymore that we were told it could be on our card within two to three days. Which honestly I don’t even believe considering they didn’t even care

My friend ordered a pizza a week ago using delivery. He thought he ordered a pepperoni pizza. He was delivered a cheese pizza. He called about it to this location that delivered it. A guy told him he would give him a $5.00 refund. He even stated he took his name and phone number and put it in the system for whenever he order again. He went yesterday to get buy a pizza and use the $5.00. A guy there asked him for his name and number and told him there is no information about it. He didn’t seem to even care nor even ask him if he still wanted to order. He just seemed unconcerned, too busy, and not really wanted to be bothered. He tried to call Domino’s customer corporate customer care and could not even reach anyone. Dominos has terrible customer service.

I ordered a thin crust pacific veggie with garlic Parm sauce … no onions & no black olives. Instead I get a thin crust pizza with garlic parm sauce, spinach, mushrooms and cheese. I’m missing the tomatoes … and feta … this happens often. You order one thing and they prepare you whatever they want to prepare you. SMH ♀️ I will eat it because I don’t feel like going back out. This pizza joint is awesome. They are always polite, on time and courteous. If you are looking for a good deal, quick pies and some extra treats order from here. They ALWAYS have the $6.99 for a medium 2 topping available. Definitely better than Little Caesars greasy cheap pizzas.

Pie Pass isn’t working. I walked in to pick up order. Employees were busy, and some saw me but without recognition. 3 minutes later, someone said, “Will somebody assist the lobby?” I still had to wait just a little bit longer until someone came to the counter. I get it that it is busy during dinner time, but it would help to recognize guests as they come in and tell them that someone will be with them shortly. Don’t just look at them and ignore them.

I ordered my food online at 6:07. At the end of the 66-76 minute estimated wait, the website was showing that my order had been cooked and was being checked for “quality” but had not left the store. Assuming this was just a website communication issue, I waited until the end of the estimated wait to call.
The employee I spoke with said the order had already left the store. About 10 minutes later I got a text saying that our driver was on the way and when our food got here, the store printout was time stamped for after I called. It’s fine to be busy and understaffed, but it’s NEVER okay to lie. Especially when there are actual receipts involved.
I don’t care enough to call or go to the store to speak to a manager, but I am angry enough about being lied to and petty enough to post my first 1⭐️ review with receipts.
