Customer service use to be good but the new staff is awful. I waited at the register for 6 minutes and the lady stared at me while making a sandwich and the other lady continued to slice meat but did not ask for my order, her shirt up and stomach showing while making sandwiches, it took 12 minutes to get my food. I was the only person in there. I asked for manager but was told manager is off. She could have e been making online orders but acknowledge your customers. Dress professional at all times and keep your shirt pulled down. Your hair really should be in a hair net. Will never come back to this location again

Today for lunch I stopped by Jimmy John’s and was pleasantly surprised on how tasty my sandwich was. This eatery was clean and friendly as well… the cold cuts was fresh and the bread was great!

Came in at 9:00 in the evening, they close at 10:00. Was told they didn’t have enough bread for anymore than 1 sandwich and said if I got wheat on one they could do two. Ok. Sure go ahead. They make the sandwiches wrong and toast the wrong sandwich. Now what? Quietly announced my order and then they rushed away from the counter. How can you not have bread when you’re a sandwich shop and still have an hour till closing? Not the first poor encounter at this location and I’ll be going to Jersey mikes or firehouse from now on.

Went to jimmy John’s for lunch today and wanted to try there new hot sandwiches 10/10 recommend the chicken bacon ranch. The bread is nice and toasted bacon’s crispy. Never had a issue with this location love the people who work here makes you feel like your at home 10/10 recommend
