We stopped into Quirky Birds Treehouse & Bistro passing through on our way to Asheville. It’s in a cute small business area in Dillsboro, close to Sylva. The service was wonderful, friendly and efficient. We loved the vegan chili in the taco salad and a small pizza with perfect crust. We’ll definitely come back for the homemade black bean burgers and to enjoy the large outdoor patio and nice drink options including upscale cocktails and great daily specials. In addition to the many veg options, they had a decent-sized menu with sandwiches, burritos, wraps, and pizzas.

The deck outside was a great place to sit in the shade with a nice breeze. We very much enjoyed our unique entrees, the Chicken Casserole Wrap with simple but delicious Bistro Slaw and the Winner Winner Chicken Dinner with very fresh avocado and an interesting twist with blueberry compote. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful.

This was in a Hallmark town, quaint and quiet. It’s Christmas time so the town was decorated beautifully. The pizza was good the Chicken Casserole wrap was amazing as well. The staff were cool.

Outstanding Service & Amazing Team!
We had an incredible experience at Quirky Birds Treehouse Bistro. Our group of 6 people was traveling on the Smoky Mountain train experience, which had a strict schedule (leaving after 1:30 PM) so everything was very packed and time-sensitive.
We stopped here hoping for the best—and wow, they went above and beyond.
One amazing team member (I wish I had his name!) immediately understood our situation, guided us to the fastest menu options, and made sure our food was ready in about 30 minutes so we could stay on schedule. Not only that, he also gave each of us water to go, which was such a thoughtful and appreciated gesture.
This place is filled with great people who truly care about their customers and are willing to accommodate real-life situations. The teamwork, kindness, and efficiency were outstanding.
Highly recommend this spot to anyone visiting especially if you’re short on time but still want excellent service and a welcoming atmosphere!

We stopped in for lunch after an eye appointment in Sylva. The server was attentive to our needs. We did note some food crumbs in the booth seat we sat in and the seats were needing some repairs as there were tears in the bench.
Our food was delicious and was almost as ordered, I don’t eat raw onions and requested that they be left off of my sandwich, however when I received my sandwich it was loaded with red onions. I picked them off and ate the sandwich rather than complaining.

As part of my quest to visit all 100 NC counties, I found myself stopping to take pictures when I saw the cute downtown area from the highway. As I wandered, I was drawn to this restaurant by the name and what a pleasant surprise!
I had parked near and walked over. Lots of seating variety. I was worried that the chairs with arms would not be comfortable but they were roomy.
I tried the chicken casserole wrap with slaw and OMG I wish I could have taken it with me as it was delicious but very filling.
My server was great. Food came quick. I wish I’d had room to also try the pizza.

Met up with friends for brunch on a quiet Saturday. As the only customers inside, it was comfortable and quick service. Our server Karen was pleasant and took care of us with attention.
Very pleased by the plethora of veg options, had to ask Karen for recommendations as it was hard to choose! Ultimately went for one of the burgers and the nachos and both did not disappoint.
Also lovely to see a full bar and sampled their brunch drinks. Curious why there was no speciality bloody Mary as that seems like they could make a quirky version.
