We went on our May wedding anniversary. Happy us! You definitely get more for your money if you go in person to dine. Doordash orders are much smaller portions, FYI. It’s a cool vibe, and staff is SUPER friendly here. My husband ordered nachos. I had a taco salad without the edible shell. Este es el mejor lugar para comer en la ciudad. Fantástico.

My fist time at this establishment. The first thing I noticed is that the place was not very clean. The initial employee we were confronted with was not very friendly. He seemed to be enduring his job instead of enjoying it. I got a combo bowl with chicken the food was fresh and tasty. I would go back because of the quality of the food.

Great food and great customer service. The staff was friendly and very accommodating. A guy (who I believe was the manager) even brought me more chips and salsa to my table outside!!! The pork is so good and I love all of the options that you can add onto your food. I had my tacos loaded with topping overflowing. The portions are very generous and I will definitely be back! Check the app for deals as well.

Never had issues with the food. I go in on my lunch break or before work but one time I rolled out of bed and threw something on to use the drive thru was told I needed to come in. Saw 3 workers and a few people in line. I would have waited but wasn’t given the option. Poor service

DO NOT EAT FROM THIS PLACE! I usually don’t give one stars, if I could give a ZERO stars I would. My experience was bad had the manager not come to the window and made it worst. He basically called me a liar at the drive through window. I ordered a chicken salad without a taco shell for two salads. I ended up with taco shells on my salad. They asked for my receipt which did not say no shell. I didn’t receive my receipt back. The manager came to the window and said there were 4 employees on the ear piece that didn’t hear me say no shell. I even had someone on a call listening to me ask for a no shell taco. So why is my dash cam recording the whole conversation. The manager was combative and basically calling me a liar. I contacted corporate office and will be providing my dash cam footage ,which is dated and time stamped. Unbelievable! If your going to eat there walk in and order your food so you can walk them through step by step.
It would have been more professional to acknowledge my complaint about my horrible experience. Most importantly don’t call your customers a liar. My orders was Soggy, taste less salads, which ended up being thrown in the trash. WARNING DON’T EAT HERE!

We ordered the steak bowls. It tasted like the food was heated up from yesterday. The restaurant was filthy, yet the workers were sitting in a booth sitting and chatting. The floors and table tops had crumbs and smears and not a single location looked remotely cleaned. It would appear the place is run by kids and the owners need to step it up and implement processes and procedures to avoid this. We will never come back to this location in Gastonia, NC, again.

went in with my husband and son, and Chloe was the sweetest employee i’ve ever met in any service industry. she was so kind to my son who accidentally spilled his drink. she said “it’s okay buddy, don’t be sad. we are human and mistakes are okay!” she treated us with such kindness and grace our entire visit. the food was also very good!

Stopped for lunch with a friend. All of the employees were very friendly. The chips were light and crispy. Everything was clean, even the bathrooms. 10/10 I love service with a smile! I will definitely be back!
