Traveling with my pup and he got to play in the huge indoor play area for good dogs. Plus the drinks and food are great and the staff is so amazing. I wish everywhere had a place as awesome as this. They also have a puppy menu and my little boy loved the pup cake.

I can’t believe I’ve only had coffee here twice and never inside until now. Yesterday was the first time I came in and really sat down. I love the atmosphere that this place has. There’s something for every one, and there’s an indoor dog park in the back. This is my new pre-DoorDash caffeine stop! 100%!

This place is pawsome. I’ve had some of the best times there with my dog, and the staff is usually great, friendly, warm, and welcoming. However the lady with the nose ring, and brown hair, was very unfriendly. Still gave five stars, because she’s the only person that’s ever been rude to me there. She told me I ordered something I didn’t, and tried to overcharge me. When I was nice about it, she still slammed my drink down, and didn’t say thank you, or treat me with any respect, then started whispering and staring at me with the other server. So I left, and didn’t even hang out.

This is my go-to cafe between pullman and moscow! I love when they have their pastries made from scratch, and when they introduce new seasonal pastries! Don’t like coffee? Dont worry they have a really nice tea selection! Cutting back on sugar? No worries you can easily get a drip coffee or plain tea! Their booths are comfy, their couches are like sitting on a cloud. They often have community events like trivia nights, game nights, movies, football games, etc. I do wish there was a little more variety in their menu or some more healthy food options, but that doesn’t take away from the great atmosphere here and the super friendly service.
And the best part of course is that i get to bring my dog with me!!

Really cozy themed cafe! Love that there was a subtle Harry Potter vibe mixed in, with some decorations and drink names. We enjoyed their seasonal breakfast panini and playing some games at the table.

As someone with a service animal i thought i would try a cafe that was more dog friendly and it really wasn’t that bad of a place i mean the dog menu is nice and cheap and the food isnt too expensive but its just the service that was lacking. Yes they have ” off leash section” on the wall but you need a sign on the door before you even walk in so that way it clears any confusion. I’ve literally been all over pullman and people are always trying to be friendly to my PSA and so i let my dog be social but the worker had to publically call me out and tell me to put my dog on a leash. I just felt a little disrepected it could’ve been handled a little bit more professional and i left a little embarrassed at the end. The only benefit i got from going there was treating my dog and donating to the animal shelter but i can literally go to any cafe and just bring my dog there instead and i guarentee the staff will be nicer to me. If it wasn’t for that one little moment i would’ve probably made this a regular spot and even given 5 stars but it’s whatever. People can go there if they want but like i said i can bring my dog anywhere unlike others so it being a dog specific cafe really has no meaning to me.

Pups & Cups is a really nice amenity for the community in Pullman for those with or without furry friends. The food here is always really good, and the coffee selection is expansive as well. I really enjoy their trivia nights and fun hosts!
