I’ve been to other First Watch locations in several other cities but this one is by far the best one I’ve ever been to. The service, the food, the atmosphere….everything is top notch.
As soon as we walked in, we were greeted promptly and told it was a little wait. We didn’t mind and I appreciate being acknowledged and not ignored when I walk in somewhere to spend my hard earned money.
Our server was kind and gracious. She came over with coffee immediately and asked us if we had any questions about the menu. She really made us feel welcome and comfortable.
And the food! So yummy. I got the carne asada breakfast tacos and my companion got the Parmesan breakfast hash. Both meals were simply divine. My breakfast tacos had so much flavor and very fresh ingredients. And the same goes for the hash. The potatoes were perfectly cooked and the arugula on top added a tangy twist to each bite.
Topped everything off with a morning meditation, my favorite drink. I will definitely be back! Oh, and I tried to be super artistic with my photos

This was our first time at the new restaurant and it was great. The food was outstanding and the service was top notch. We sat at the bar and we were greeted right away and the food came out fast and hot. Definitely will be returning.

Love FIRST WATCH! We had Avacado Toast and Floridian French Toast. Both were excellent but the topper today was without a doubt the Million Dollar Bacon!

I tried the chicken wild rice soup, it was delicious. I also got the salmon omlete with the lemon greens. The omelet was great , but was disappointed the my greens were dry they didnt put but a dab of dressing on it. The loaded potatoes, was killer.
The staff was very friendly, attentive and kept themselves busy. The restaurant was moving and grooving. I always enjoy going to First Watch.

Brand new First Watch. Very nice. Service was really good. We both ordered the Trifecta breakfast: one with Belgian waffle, the other a blueberry pancake. We also got the Purple Haze drinks: refreshing. Kudos to GM Ian, Maggie, Carla, and the entire team. We’ll be back soon!

Fantastic place to get breakfast or brunch! We’ve been to most of the locations in the area and this is our favorite. Service was great. Cheyenne did a great job taking care of us. We will definitely be back.

The only critique I will give is to turn down the music. It’s not conducive to having conversation from the customers and even with the wait staff. It’s excruciating in the restrooms. Overall though a great dining experience. The food is just as you’d expect from First Watch. Delicious!

First watch is one of our favorite places for brunch .So when we found out one going in on Princeton Road in Fairfield township ,we were so excited ! We were greeted with a smile and the decor was modern and clean ,Just like the Springdale location we know and love ..once we were seated our waitress Cheyanne was very friendly and knowledgeable.Our food was delicious.We all ordered something different and all 3 meals were prepared beautifully,very flavorful and perfectly seasoned .As you can see in my photo my poached egg was PERFECT.The stars of the show were Million dollar potatoes and Kale tonic .Potatoes were scrumptious and my juice was so fresh ,I could taste all of the ingredients.If you are a green juice fan like I am .You will appreciate this drink .Cant wait to go back .

The new First Watch Fairfied Twp is really really nice! The bar counter has beautiful wicker chairs. Booth table tops look like stone instead of reg wood tops. Some of the small tables have super comfortable cloth seats. They also have a small area where garage door type windows can be opened up. Everyone was super nice & helpful. One thing really caught my attention….I was going to take a pic of the new tabletop & the gentlemen clearing off the table saw me & he politely moved aside so I could take a pic. Very nice of him. Very gentleman-like.
Ordered hash bowls which was delicious. I’m a pancake lover but tried French toast instead. OMG! I found a new favorite. Thank you everyone at that location from the check-in person to the busboy. I’d give it 10 STARS today if I could.

First let me say that Megan, our main server was excellent. She helped us figure out what to order. Friendly and was able to answer our questions. Will ask for her when we go back.
