Ordered a simple pepperoni pizza with no sauce… it came and was cold. And it was dripping with butter/oil. Breadsticks were cold and asked for ranch. Got Mariana. And I never got my 2 liter. Had to call the store to get another one redelivered. We are still waiting, mind you the store is 3 miles away. No more than 10 or 15 min. drive!

I order delivery from this location at least 2-3 times a month. I get the pepperoni pizza and a gluten-free cheese pizza. The GF pizza, I always get extra cheese, extra sauce, square cut, and a cup of sauce. They always get it right. Sometimes the garlic sauce isn’t in there but otherwise, they don’t miss the mark. They did have a rough period about 6-8 months ago where there were a couple of minor mishaps, but overall, it seems they’ve been doing great since then! I think they may have been short staffed before. Delivery doesn’t take super long and the food is always hot. Oh and as a side note for the gluten free crust – I don’t necessarily like the crust because I like thin crust or cauliflower crusts, but their pizza sauce is my favorite so I just get extra sauce to balance it out flavor-wise. Hope that helps my fellow gluten free friends.

Cheese sticks were good but we didn’t receive our garlic dipping sauce that we ordered. Boneless chicken wings were average at best. It would have been nice to have received napkins with our order.

I can’t speak for the quality of the food. It has not been made yet. I am using a few minutes of the hour I’ve been waiting past the quoted finish time. I could have built a pizza oven and fashioned a pizza from foraged ingredients faster than this. My dog, two children, and wife have been waiting in the car so long that I fear they will not recognize me when I exit this Papa John’s, as my beard has grown three inches since I first entered. If you are reading this, please send food rations as I am almost certainly still here waiting and there is clearly nothing to eat.

I always order DoorDash from this location without issue. Tonight there was some confusion due to a glitch on DoorDash but Angelia at this location went above and beyond to assist the Dasher in getting me my food as quickly as possible. You don’t run into a lot of people who approach customer service with so much care but when you do it makes a world of difference. This might seem a bit much for a Papa John’s review but it made my day!

My pizza was make ok, but I was missing a couple of toppings. The workers were ok. Missing a couple of toppings, I hit them a star for. I havnt had papa johns in a while. I am glad I had a coupon. I would never pay full price for their pizza. Also there was a couple of really light toppings too. I couldnt even taste my mushrooms. They were all shavings, and just a few of them.

The MOST FRUSTRATING thing about ordering food for delivery is you just have to trust the restaurant to get it right. Unfortunately yet again, this Papa John’s location has let me down and pissed me off. I spent $42 (including tip), and I also was charged a fee for “extra cheese.” What I received here is clearly not extra cheese or anything close to it!
If you’re in a crunch and want a filling lunch for your family, please don’t order delivery from them.

Pizzas came 1 burnt, the other was not even close to what I ordered. Garlic knots were still raw. Called store to complain and the “manager” told me I had to call back in the morning to get a replacement order!!!!!!

What’s to say – went here yesterday and gave up and sought a cwncel and refund after waiting outside the store for 45 minutes and they still hadnt even started a simple pizza – went back today to give that experience the benefit of doubt and was another 35 minutes total – and they even had the nerve to take my cash payment before informing me the pizza was still being done – despite the tracker app saying it was ready – good food, but pick a different location it seems unless youve 30-60 minutes to waste… thats my future plan

Another rushed night. Found out @ 5:15pm that I had to be somewhere @ 5:30pm. Ordered online. I’m starting to like that. When I call in, it gets frustrating a lot of times, especially when it is hard to hear and they are busy. This is not my regular location. When I do go here, parking is never an issue. I can always find a close spot. My 6 year old niece loves the stuff crust. Pizza came out looking good. I believe the stuff crust is pre made. Hard to mess that up tossing it. We always request well done on the crust and they did it right.
