I love that even though the line for drive-thru was out to the street, my order was correct and the line moved quickly. Breakfast sandwich was definitely better than the one I’ve tried at Starbucks. Coffee always yummy. My only suggestion would be to put the cream cheese on the side for the bagel. When I opened mine, I had to try to spread the cream cheese on the one side it came off of. As you can see, I still wasn’t very successful. Great deals on the app!

They treat you like you should be honored they take your order after ignoring you for five minutes. The few times I’ve gone they don’t have a lot of the items on their menu, they’re rude to you about it like it’s your fault.

Half full drinks watered down with excessive ice. Very poor quality for the prices. I tried ordering 3 different times the same drinks and each time were half filled drinks. I have decided not to buy from dunkin anymore.

Something about this location is just different. The people who run it must take a lot of pride in their work because the donuts are ALWAYS fresh, the coffee is always spot on, and no matter how long the line is, it always moves super fast! Definitely go to the location on 23rd street if you’re a Dunkin regular like me.

Could not get no ice in my drink. My teeth are temperature sensitive, and they said that they could only give me a half cup with no ice. Everywhere else will make my coffee with no ice. Definitely.Don’t recommend going to this location in lawrence or the other location in lawrence.

Asked for an iced matcha. They took the iced part too literal. 5 sips and my drink was gone. The location on 6th street is by far superior even though they’re owned by the same owner?

This specific location is generally very busy in the morning, but the staff here work quickly to get everyones orders out as quickly as possible. It’s better than the other quick coffee places in town, plus the sausage, egg, and cheese croissant is always my go too. Yum!

Usually they are decent. Today I did a mobile order 30 minutes ahead of time for drive thru pickup. Got there and they couldn’t find my order…but my credit card was charged though and the order was showing up on my Dunkin app. After several workers looked at my app and the associated order on it they told me they couldn’t do anything because they couldn’t find it in their system… Glad I wasted time in their drive thru just to get to the window and drive away empty handed and $10 gone. Do better Dunkin Donuts.
