The aervice is lackadaisical but the servers try. But the food is worth maybe 1/2 of the exorbitant pricing. The advertised “bagel with lox” was a plain untoasted bagel despite advertising an everything bagel. The promised capers were missing as well. The coffee is watery. The three egg omelet we requested with swiss, apinach and tomatoes came with mushrooms and NO tomatoes. Plus food is very slow to come out. Not worth the $18 at all. Do not recommend.

Very lovely restaurant inside the intercontinental suites hotel at Cleveland clinic. Breakfast, lunch and dinner were all fantastic as well as a beautiful patio for evening drinks. The only draw back is that if you were needing a quick bite to eat this is not the place. However, it offers a lovely atmosphere for fine dining

Very bad food! I ordered beef ribs over risotto. Food had no taste and it smelled! The waitress was very nice! Way overpriced for the quality. Salad was ok but that chicken never seen any spices or salt! $14 for a glass of wine with this food quality is crazy!

The only thing good I can say is it is close to the Cleveland Clinic but the food was barely a step above fast food. Portions are small. Server forgot to put in appetizer so we didn’t get that. Breakfast potatoes were frozen hash browns. We could have gotten a better meal in the hospital food court for half the price. Our server was pleasant so there’s that. Would not recommend.

Had the breakfast buffet, which was very good. It included omelets and bagels and lox.
Dinner was blackened ahi tuna and a club sandwich with sweet potato fries.
Everything was very good. The waitresses were friendly and remembered us from previous visits. Will be back.

On the evening of July 25th, I was treated somewhat disdainfully once discovered that I was a participant in Cleveland Clinic’s Brain & Sleep Study & receiving a complimentary dinner. The study provides very important data that can help in the prevention of, and hopefully, a cure for brain related diseases such as Alzheimer’s. The wait staff should treat ALL guests with the same courtesy & respect. That is the reason for the 3 Star Review. From the 3 items that I was allowed to order, the cheeseburger with mushrooms, onions, lettuce & tomatoes, along with the parmesan fries, was delicious. The breakfast buffet was a 5, with many delectable items to choose from, & the breakfast wait staff was more welcoming.

Quite possibly the worst food I’ve ever had at a hotel. Service was lovely but the food we had was terrible. Fries underdone, meatloaf was awful and came with canned chicken (!) ‘gravy’, burger underdone and with canned mushrooms. Just couldn’t tolerate it. I don’t know how they can serve this food to people and charge what they do.

We tried their breakfast buffet this morning and were totally disappointed. It was obvious that the food had been sitting for quite a while and a very poor selection. To top it off it was $45.00 for two people which didn’t include a tip. We had been warned that it was expensive, but I will never go back to this restaurant again.

I needed a quiet place for an online meeting and C2 was perfect. Clean with good food and quality wifi. Wait staff were all very friendly and accommodating. The daily special was sliders that came with a basket of very good fries. They reminded me of Wendy’s fries from 20 years ago when Dave was still alive.

This place is a train wreck of a restaurant. As others have said- it’s close to the clinic, and inside of a beautiful hotel. Those are about the only positive aspects of the restaurant. It’s poorly managed and that’s blatantly clear. The food was horrible- especially in relation to the prices. You’re probably better off at Burger King for 1/4 of the price.
