I pulled into the drive thru mistakenly thinking I wouldn’t be sitting long because I was in fact the only person in drive thru, I wanted a half dozen donuts and could not even receive the donuts I wanted because they were out AGAIN, had maybe 6 or 7 options at 4:30pm. I visit this establishment often because it’s convenient because of where I work. And all week that’s I’ve came after 10am there’s no donuts. Or only a select few. I sat in drive thru almost 20 minutes for 2 drinks and 6 donuts. I understand if there is lobby commotion , but I wasn’t even acknowledged at the window AT ALL until my order was ready. As someone who’s been in food for 10 years, I have no understanding of the customer service that happened here. Yes understandable if I had to wait on my drinks or donuts, but to not even be acknowledged after sitting at the window for 12 minutes is ridiculous.

Dunkin’ Steubenville was awesome to us, especially Mr. Donut Boy. He had such a kind personality and was so helpful. After living overseas the last 4 years, it was so nice to get coffee and a dozen donuts, and be welcomed with such nice customer service. Thank you!

All of the workers here are pretty nice, except for one. Sarah is always rude and gossiping every time I go to this Dunkin’, it always ruins my experience. Not how I want to start my day. Probably never coming back, until they replace her.

Service is horrible on Sundays at least. Can’t say for the rest of the week. All these 5 star reviews are fake. Went today on a Sunday , probably their busiest day of the week, I would expect you should be ready for a lot of customers, didn’t have 2 types of donuts/ fritters that we’ve been using as motivation for good behavior in our kids and the drive through took 15 minutes. Kids unhappy , parents unhappy, everyone unhappy, never coming back even though it’s close
****update 3 years later, had a gift card Sunday, 11:15, peak hours,22 trays of empty donuts! Messed up order, and took a solid 20 minutes. Don’t expect any fast service. See pictures of the misery on my child’s face
Save your time, go across to Kroger, get your donuts in 2 minutes with no competition at 1/2 the price and they are just as good

So one the lady’s and gentleman know me here i broke down in the drive thru this morning instead of o my drive thrus close no more orders 2 of the lady’s ran out and helped me push it declining payment for there help but had a few good laughs much appreciated good people work here

Only location I go to where they think it’s acceptable to just mix their powder mix into hot water and call it hot chocolate. When it comes from the machine it tastes great like it’s supposed to. Over half the time they just add powder to water. The taste is night and day. I literally throw it out which is a total waste of money. People need to do there job and top the machine off. Wintersville and weirton this never happens.

i’m a regular at this store. one of the shift leaders, Sarah, is great at her job and makes me feel so special/respected when i go in. however, the girl working close last night (10/17 around 9pm), was extremely rude and tried to send us off without donuts before giving us the wrong ones. everybody in this store is highly respected by me so this experience was a gut punch.
