This place is alright but the staff needs better training on how to cause a new client want to continue coming back instead of just make a pat check. The younger generation has no idea to properly service a client. The bowls were just ok in my opinion only. The management needs better training I would say because they need to lead by example.

First time I’ve visited the new location. I love the food and was still delicious but the service was horrible. Both girls were in the back doing nothing. A white girl with blonde hair took my order and was completely rude and unprofessional. She rolled her eyes when I asked for light orange juice as well continuing to be rude. I was going to buy a bead bracelet because they are very pretty but after her service I no longer want to offer my business to them. Hope they find better workers.

I’ve been trying to get more into smoothies lately, and I figured this would be the perfect place to start! The employees Michelle and Sydney were so helpful and kind and offered me personal recommendations as to what would make the best bowl. I had the Chai’s Mystique that Sydney suggested and Michelle recommended that I add some peanut butter. It was delicious! I will definitely be coming back again!

The person at the cash register was very kind and patient in explaining to me how to build a base for my bowl. The bowl itself was mediocre though; the base was runny and thin and the granola was mid. It is a “good”acai bowl, but it basically has the bare minimum qualities. Starting price for bowls is $11.99 before tax.
