I visited Denny’s with my mother, and we both had a good experience overall. The food came out hot, and my pancakes and sausage were both really good. I ate most of my meal but got too thirsty to finish everything. My lemonade was refreshing, and my mother really enjoyed her orange juice — it wasn’t too thick, which she appreciated.
One of her pancakes wasn’t fully done, but the staff handled it well. They took money off the bill and brought out two fresh pancakes. She didn’t finish them, but the gesture was appreciated. Her eggs were okay, just not cooked exactly how she expected. I also tried the Oreo milkshake, which was good enough to round out the meal.
The staff was friendly throughout our visit, and the service felt attentive without being overbearing. Overall, it was a solid visit with good food and great customer service.

Disappointed that they were out of T-bone steak, Bacon and strawberry ice cream for shakes. Manager said the food truck was late but a well prepared manager should always have extra(I was a manager before and took care of the inventory I know how this works). I appreciated the server he was very friendly and had a good attitude with the whole situation as we had to change our order multiple times to order something they actually had. Restaurant was dirty and did not have a pleasant odor. First time I had biscuits so hard that not even the gravy makes them soft enough to cut a piece all the way through.

I was very disappointed at the overall service, been here three times, i guess 2 out of 3 is not terrible?
1.) Walked in the restaurant, an employee sitting on counter and chatting away with two young men while at work (she stayed there for atleast 45 mins), I hope she was not on the clock, and where was the Manager?
2.) Atleast 4 tables had not been cleaned with dishes and trash laying around. Food was all over the carpet. The booths were grimy. I would recommend a deep cleaning before pest begin to invade the premises.
3.) Only one hostess/waitress was working, this contributed to taking 25 to 35 minutes before food being served. Not very much customers there at the time. She also needed help.
4.) I was charged for a coke, brought it up to the cashier who also was our waitress/hostess. She removed from our ticket, I would kindly suggest she write down the order next time to limit the potential errors.
On a good note, the one person was trying to handle all the tables by herself! The restroom was very clean, even though it was last inspected at 1:00pm

I came in with my friend the waiter who sat me and my friend had a very rude demeanor and attitude. Our server was very polite and professional but got both our orders wrong. As well as food that is not fully cooked on both our plates. Both of our hashbrowns were straight up sliced uncooked potato’s and her eggs weren’t even sunny side up they were dripping white of the yolk.

My husband and I only come in every so often, but most of the time Gianna is our server. It was quite busy when we were there, and she was working all by herself, yet she still made time to talk to us and made sure we had everything we needed. She is always polite and kind, and makes sure our food is exactly how we want it. Our food and dessert were great! We will be returning

Slow service. The lady by the front desk was alone trying to help between serving the table or to be cashier. My order wasn’t accurate: salad with missing ingredients. Missing a pecan pie. Food was good.

Denny’s quality, but staff could be a more proactive. Tables and floor not picked up quickly enough, even though there are no customers. Usually one nice helpful server, from 3 or 4 working.

Tried the Country Chicken Fried Steak and I enjoyed it very much. I asked for corn as a side and it tasted fresh like it was just cut off the cob. Service was great and friendly. Kait, Ithank you for a pleasing experience while waiting to pick up family from the Philly airport.

This Denny’s location in Essington has great staff members that have good customer service skills. The food is good but no always consistent with the eggs being prepared the same way every time. Meaning that a Sunny Side Up egg might not look the same from the next Sunny Side Up egg. Denny’s adds new items to the menu every 3 months. Keep up the good work -Additionally, The Menu is in this review pictures in case any customer wants to see the menu that is in May 2025.

i went in with my family and took around 20-30 minutes to get our drinks.. and the server would forget the stuff we asked for. Management didn’t even check if everything was okay, once we finished eating we got our check left it all cash plus tip and manager goes after us saying that we needed to pay it was a very uncomfortable environment…only thing that made me smile during the time i was there was the fact i was with my family aside from that i was uncomfortable. Me and my family have been excited to go eat there since its been years we don’t go to a Dennys we tried remembering old times but the uncomfortable experience didnt help.. 🙁
