I ordered my pizza to be delivered. I wanted it square cut. I ordered to be square cut before an it was not. So I called right after I made the order to insure that they square cut it, I was insured that it would be but obviously someone still started to pie cut it then square cut it. Do you see the pieces that are only crust do to the way it was cut horrible. So I did call an the situation was rectified. The manager was very nice and I definitely appreciate that, because that’s not always the situation. So even though the person that cut the pizza should have done better. It was not a defensive situation. Thank you management.

I placed an order for a medium pepperoni pizza and double chocolate brownie around 9:30 pm on 8/22/23. When the ordered was placed it gave me like a 36-41 minute wait, which is not a big deal. I used to work for a pizza franchise, so I understand if it’s busy. Well, after I placed the order I was watching the Papa Tracker and it kept saying my order was being made (which is the first step of the tracking process) and not being baked. After 20 mins, I called the store, but was on hold. I hung up after a few minutes and called back almost immediately, all the while the Papa Tracker was still showing my order as being made. I was on hold again, and at this point it had been about 30 minutes since I placed the order. I was thinking they were going to cancel my order because I had ordered it as cash payment and not credit. After about 5 minutes on hold, I hung up again. Keep in mind I’m watching the Tracker. Since, no one answered the phone and the Papa Tracker wasn’t updating to what part of the process my order was at, I ended up ordering from somewhere else. About 10 minutes later, I hear a knock at the door. It was Door Dash divering my Papa John’s. Not upset that it was Door Dash, but upset that the Papa Tracker didn’t update to reflect each step of the tracking process. I attempted to cancel the other order, but it was already on the way. I just accepted both orders and figured I would use some of the food for breakfast. So, when I walked inside and sat down to eat, I opened the pizza box and saw the pizza had very little pepperoni and the pizza was hardly even cut into slices. I’m in a hotel room, I don’t have access to a pizza cutter, so I had to tear the pizza along, what I thought was, the slice lines. I still tipped the Door Dash driver because it wasn’t his fault, but the service and quality I received from Papa John’s was pretty bad. The reason I gave 2 stars rather than 1, is because the brownie was good. However, the brownie comes prepackaged and is hard to screw up.

I’ve ordered a pizza from this Papa John’s twice now, and both times it tasted delicious! It’s my favorite food and I’m easy to please. Beware of the other reviews, but personally, I have only had an excellent experience here! Under $10 for a Papa John’s pizza is a steal.

Pizza was excellent, delivery quick, and price not bad…but…what I received as my boneless wings is kinda sad..included in pictures. We got a few little pieces of popcorn chicken with a little sauce drizzled over them. As far as boneless wings go I’d consider this a rip off…would have given 5 stars for food otherwise

Both orders of wings were undercooked, despite having been ordered well done. One of the orders was so undercooked, I couldn’t even consume it. Despite asking for a garlic sauce, I got ranch. And on the other order, Despite being marked as Blue cheese on the box, you guessed it. I got Ranch.
