My boyfriend and I came here after a horrible experience with KFC next door. Taco Bell was AMAZING!! They were out of beef but were super apologetic about it, giving us both free large drinks, coupons for free food, and even let us try the new food that hasn’t been released yet (super good in my opinion) for free!! Everyone was hard at work and seemed really cheerful!We were greeted, the food was great, service stellar! Great job!!

It is very aggravating to get a large drink and no straw. Straws should be given with the drink. Also the print is too small you cant read it. Whoever idea it was to make it so tiny needs to get their head examined. Just wait till they need glasses and have such tiny print they can’t read it. Makes me not wanting to go to taco bell. I love taco bell but it’s too hard to read.

If I could give this place no stars I would. I have never experienced this level of disrespect before at any other restaurant I’ve been too.
I went through the drive through last night on my way home at 10pm, I live over an hour away from this place specifically. The drive through order taker was pleasant but when I received my food I was disgusted, and quite angry. My chicken quesadilla was disgusting, and NOT edible. It looked as though someone picked it up, jostled it around, and threw it into its bag. The insides of it were in the outside, it was a mess. I’ve never seen anything like that before and I was already on the highway returning home. I called the store to tell them about to high level of disrespect, and how frustrated I was at the situation to be told by HUNTER (the manager/name given to me) was blatantly rude, and unwilling to apologize or resolve the situation in any way. There was only me and one other car in the drive through. We ordered ONE meal. And that’s how we were treated. He stated they were in a “rush” and he was the only person on the line. Admitting he is the reason for my disaster of a quesadilla. I will never return to this Taco Bell.

Kendra greeted me right away and asked me to let her know if I had any questions regarding the menu. I am a vegetarian so I did want some options, she was very helpful. She also helped me with an order for my husband who was in the car – I needed something he could easily eat and drive with and she suggested the cheesy beef burrito and he loved it! When I asked “anything else we need for the last two hours of our road trip?” she suggested the Cinnabon donuts and I’m glad she did! Thank you Kendra, very organized and clean restaurant, kitchen crew was also well organized and worked together as a team during a busy dinner rush.

I got a steak quesadilla from this pace and when I got to the window after ordering it I was told they were out of steak so I got cheese instead and it wasn’t even cooked all the way and it was missing a whole piece of the quesadilla, everytime I come here they always mess something up and i always have a bad experience. Awful place

Im a little late on this review, but I absolutely hate that Taco Bell no longer serves breakfast. Multiple locations in the area had “Breakfast” signs far longer than they actually continued serving breakfast. I am constantly looking to go to Taco Bell for breakfast, and cannot anymore.
After the majestic deliciousness of their breakfast, I no longer enjoy going for lunch/dinner either. It tastes far inferior to what the breakfast tasted like.

I am very disappointed this visit. Didn’t have the strawberry freeze I ordered online and paid extra for. In the past, I had this happen at this location, and I remember being compensated. Not this time, the associate said it’s not working. You can have baja blast or dragonfruit , yuck! Then I got home to eat, and the chalupa was cold and chewy. Wasn’t my night for Taco Bell. So this makes two disappointing experiences in a row at Taco Bell (separate locations)

Switched mine and my sisters food. From a order from Richard R on Friday, Nov 22, 2024. Meaning my sister didn’t get to eat due bad service. I’m beyond furious. Not only did they mess up our meal with putting toppings not supposed to be on the combos we ordered but let me reiterate that my sister didn’t get to eat because they switched our order.
