Byron is an absolute legend. I’m a regular at this store and frequently come in to order the Mango Monsoon which they nail every time. I was concerned about how much sugar is added into the smoothie so I ordered it with Splenda this time.
Unfortunately, the Splenda irritated my throat and gave me a very unpleasant cough and headache. I called and spoke to him today about possibly remaking the smoothie and he informed me that sometimes Splenda can irritate certain individuals, and they’d be happy to remake it for me and even gave me different options such as half sugar or no sugar. He was amazing at handling the situation and even told me to let him know how I feel when I come in again. 1000% one of the best tropical smoothie locations.

Not sure why ppl are not giving this place 5 stars. Very clean, yummy smoothies and food too. The bathroom was clean and well lit which reflects that the staff did a great job of keeping it clean and there were good flavors for smoothies and fruit bowls w yogurt were good, the place had plenty of seating and free parking in the shopping mall and there are even USB and 110V charging ports. Can’t beat that. The smoothie (it was large) was $8. BTW from 7am to 9am smoothies are only $5 l. Free wifi.

Smoothie is good as always staff is usually good but girl with pink hair was having a bad day or something and was completely ignoring me. I was asking if the app order went through and she just nods her head after I say “hello” twice because she was straight up ignoring me to my face.

My smoothie was so thick I had trouble even eating w a spoon. Not at all satisfied. First time this has happened at this restaurant. Smoothies are not cheap. Not happy, however, both sandwiches were great!!

I ordered a few smoothies and while waiting for my order I saw one of the workers lick his fingers and not wash his hands after some of the smoothie dripped onto his hands . I needed extra kid cups for my kids and when he handed it to me (after licking his fingers and not washing his hands), I saw some of his saliva on the cups that he touched. Icing on the cake, I’m pretty sure he was sick because as I was walking out his coworker asked him how he was feeling on a scale of 1-10, and after he replied she asked if he wanted to go home.
