This is location is Excellent. I couldn’t have had a better experience. Big shout out to Mr.Donte`( I appreciate you tremendously). He prepared the sandwich PERFECTLY. Everyone was awesome. You are Wendy’s, but thank you for letting me get it my way.

Such a disappointment. We used to come here all the time but lately it’s been terrible. I came in around 8pm on a week night. There was a decent drive thru line but no one inside, so I walked in. The burgers seemed like they’d been sitting for hours. And the soda machine sweetener was messed up (I tried 2 different types of soda) but when I told the manager she said “I don’t know what to tell you, they just changed our sweetener bags.” Some customer service. I asked one of the younger girls to fill it from the drive thru soda machine and it tasted normal. I also waited almost ten minutes for my food. I gave two stars bc the fries were freshly made and the frosty was good, but overall I’d avoid this Wendy’s if you can.

I never have a problem, I usually order ahead in the app and my food is always fresh when I pick it up in the drive thru. I love their lemonade!

We decided to take our food to go, but the food was utterly disgusting. The chicken nuggets tasted oily and our chili tasted like ketchup. Definitely not the standards of Wendy’s that we are accustomed to.

Ordered a medium spicy chicken sandwich meal and the fries are filled up half way, not even 75% of the way and they’re not even warm. Another thing, the cashier decided to have an attitude when I asked if they offered a military discount.

I behave in a well mannered way everytime I order food! Every time I come to this location they have no customers in line or the inside so I instantly asked could they make my items fresh and they told me they would! Once I got my food my food looks as if it’s been sitting there forever and they put it back in the grease to look fresh! I let them know that they were wrong and you had everybody standing around including the general manager and store manager who literally did not greet me nor fix the issue and instead allowed them scumbag lazy @$$ employee continuously give me the same disgusting attitude and food back! Everyone needs to be fired because back when I worked there the food was good now I will never pull up to any Wendy’s ever because of this location and many others!

Ordered this Crabby patty meal for my kids and luckily I switched burgers with my 3yr old because the “crabby patty” burger was too much for her to eat but when I unwrapped the burger to bite into it, it was a long strand of hair on the back bun ..Please feel free to zoom in on the burger to spot the hair .. I will NEVER eat here AGAIN, and judging from the rest of the reviews this place needs to be closed down !!

I just left this Wendy’s and I’m very disappointed. So after a long hard day at work and planning my daughters sweet 16 party. I decided that I wanted a classic JR Bacon cheeseburger from Wendy’s and this was not it. I don’t know what I just spent $3.50 on.
