The girls here will take care of you and set you straight! Spent 6 months in town and had so much fun thanks to their hospitality, they knew us all by name and always had our drinks ready for us! The food is good, Frisco burger is my favorite.

Edit: we decided to give the rig another chance after the message from the owner and the circumstances. We didn’t bring our kids, just my husband and myself. We actually had a great experience. The bartender was very friendly and chatted with us a lot. We talked about our last experience and she was very apologetic for the way we were treated. She really made up for our last experience and made us feel welcomed and encouraged us to come back as a family to have dinner again in the future!
This is the second time my family and I came to the Rig. The first time was wonderful and I would give it 10 stars if I could. Today was a totally different experience. The food was excellent as per usual. The bartender though? Zero stars. We called to make sure it was good if we brought our two toddlers. She told us we could but we had to “eat and get out”. I thought it was rude but maybe it was just my interpretation of her conversation. When we got there, she was even more rude than over the phone. We ordered our food and she was short and seemed annoyed that we decided to come out for dinner with our kids, even though as we sat there, more kids showed up with their families. We said that we’d use our kids sippy cups instead of an open cup because they’re young toddlers. She told us we were not allowed outside beverages…for toddlers. She had the rudest look on her face. The lady who was cooking was wonderfully kind and polite and more than accommodating and the food was great. Overall, we won’t be back for dinner with or without our kids. Or for drinks without our kids.

Great big bar.. Great food selection.. Last two times we’ve been there and it’s been slow when we get there and we sat at the bar, neither bartender tried to carry on a conversation with us or make us feel like they wanted our business… As a bartender if someone I didn’t know sits at my bar and it’s slow, by the time they leave they feel like they are a regular..I want new customers to feel welcome..

Food was hot and delicious. Generous portions, pickles are delicious. Onion rings are amazing! Food does not taste like old cooking oil, veggies in the salad are crispy and fresh.. ordering over the phone is easy as well. Nothing negative to say
