I come from NY and I been in Texas roadhouse into different locations but this one is a Woow.. let’s start with the potatoes fries. They where tasty!!! Super tasty . I never like the fries on our own location. The stake was flavored. And the drinks really good . I just wished our server didn’t forget my second drink. And some other stuff we order. But I guess she had so many tables to handle .NBD, but overall food was really good. Everyone seemed to enjoy the food and place. Can’t wait to go back

Angela is an awesome bartender, took care of me right away, my bread and salad came out right away and it was really good! I got a steak and shrimp with loaded baked potato and it was absolute fire!! I’m visiting from North Carolina and I’ve had Texas Roadhouse in multiple states and this is by far my best experience I’ve had at a roadhouse! The manager came up to me an was super nice and asked how my dinner was and I told him it was great and the service was great! Next time I come back to New Hampshire I’ll stop here every time! So good!

Food took an hour, food was mediocre at best. Wife’s food was cold and then they microwaved it when we asked them to heat it up pr for a new plate. We will not go back. They comped one meal but should of comped the entire bill.

Rarely do I give negative reviews as I find them rather cowardly and do not want to hurt people’s business. However Texas Roadhouse is not a mom and pop establishment so I have chosen to mention a few things on this disagreeable online format instead of calling and speaking with an individual who actually has a personal stake in the business.
I was going there twice a month regularly for the last year, always for the ribeye and was always reasonably satisfied with both the service and the food.
The last two times, in addition to last evening that I visited the service was indifferent, somewhat mechanical and adequate at best. The ribeye steaks were nothing like I had experienced in the past as they were thin and pretty fatty so I did not go for a couple of months and decided to try again today, with the same result as the previous two visits. In baseball it is strike three and your out, and I do not foresee myself visiting again especially with regards to the blatant indifference and zero personality in the service. You can have the worst food but if people are super nice and make you feel welcome you still come back. After all it is a people business and you should be made to feel that the establishment is grateful for your business. For the record I am a retired 65 year old business owner and Navy veteran and not some disagreeable jerk wanting to vent out my anger, of which I have none. Just thought I would let you know what I have experienced the last three times I visited. Well I guess that about does it.

Like every other TR, the food here is great value. Fillet was incredibly tender. The ribs and shrimp was good. Cocktails excellent. Service friendly. My favourite chain in the US.

I’ve been here a few times before and had an overall pleasant experience but this time fell short. Let me start by saying that the wait staff is always very fast, nice, attentive. Issues on this visit is it was a group of six of us, three being bigger people and one being my mother in a mobility scooter so the wise move would’ve been putting us in the very back where we could have used a double table but instead we were seated at a booth with an extension added. What this did was create a situation where my mom was basically sitting in the middle of the aisle floor so every time someone would walk by it felt invasive to her. Getting passed that, the onion blossom was good as always but the rattlesnake bites weren’t very warm, another degree less and I would’ve sent them back, but didn’t. My mother got the fish and chips, fries were good, fish was less than fresh and not very good. I got the country fried steak and seasoned rice, country fried steak was the worst I’ve ever had. Had an odd artificial smoke flavor and was tough. The rice was possibly left over from the previous day and DEFINITELY microwaved because the dish was screaming hot and at the bottom was a dried out rice biscuit that had reduced down to a salty puck. The gravy on the country fried steak came as an option of white gravy, or dark gravy but it being a country fried steak I obviously went with the white gravy which was too thick and under seasoned. Two of our guests got burgers which looked fantastic and they said they were. Fries are always good there. Almost forgot, the Chili was not up to temp and had a mushyness to it like it had been reheated for a couple days. Overall not very happy to the point that I’ll consider hard wether I’d go back. Too bad, I love the wait staff!

This place was very busy when we went there. We had two people that were not our waitress drop off food that was not ours. I also heard other people get food that didn’t belong to them. I have to say the ribeye steak was very good. But I’m definitely not a fan of the green beans. When I order green beans I just want regular green beans. Those green beans they have do not taste good to me. I’m not sure if I could have ordered regular green beans or not. And I’m definitely not a fan of the cinnamon butter that goes with the rolls. I love cinnamon but I just want plain butter with my rolls. If there’s a Longhorns in the area I probably will go there instead next time.

Server Hassan was fantastic. Very nice, very personable. Overall really great dude. Very accommodating with some people in our party who were on the way and had to wait. He was very quick checking in on us and made us feel very welcome. I’m very happy he ended up being our server he made the experience immaculate!
