I would never leave a bad review that could hurt a business, I have been there multiple times and food is great my last experience unfortunately was not up to the standards it used to be ,we ordered something from the Wednesday special menu waitress said we are out and walked away without us even being able to get a word out ….we were ready to order since we waited close to 10mins for her to come take our order, we had a backup which was the bandeja paisa , we finally ordered, the taste wasn’t as good as it usually is chicharon had no seasoning and was very dry overcooked , arepa was cold we were hungry so we just ate I ordered a side of hot sauce as soon as food came out she gave me some aji it was good could use a little work it was very watery like water from pico de gallo but tasty, we also didn’t get avocado on our dish menu stated it comes with it , we didn’t need it so we didn’t say anything until the end, waitress never came to check on how everything came out, at the end I brought it up to her attention that we didn’t get our avocado with the meal and she said we are out and walked away again, it was her attitude that turned me off, I wasn’t complaining just letting her know. If you are out of something just inform the guest , maybe a little detail like an avocado could make you change your mind on a dish.
With that said I’m sure she is coachable and can learn.

Empanadas was not what I expected. Whenever I call they never have chicken empanadas so today I was extremely excited when they were available to order. The two ladies were extremely nice and wasnt rude with me while I tried to place my order in English. I dont speak Spanish and I dont think they spoke English. I got 5 nice big pollo empanadas but they didn’t come with any sauces. (Im used to the green and red sauces at Columbian restaurants to dip my empanadas). My empanadas was dry and just full of seasoned chicken and extremely salty. No potatoes was inside or sauce. I was so disappointed because I wanted authentic Columbian empanadas with meat and potato filling.

My parents used to be regulars at this restaurant, but we will no longer be dining here due to the rude staff. When my mom called to place an order, she was treated disrespectfully and was told she “had to wait because she wasn’t a priority.” When my brother went to pick up the order, the staff were very rude to him as well. They didn’t say “excuse me” when passing by, which led to an unnecessary trip. Even after my brother paid, they deliberately made him wait, despite the food being ready and in plain sight on the counter. Food is also overpriced! This experience was very disappointing and we won’t be coming back.

Food was amazing and very authentic. Staff was polite and welcoming. Mixed reviews but I imagine that the negative reviews are jelly people that have friends that own other South American restaurants in the area. Atmosphere and music made our visit pleasant. Will definitely be back.

The empanadas and their sauce is delicious, I also got a mango smoothie (milk based) and it was so freaking good!!!! haven’t had their dishes but I’m sure they wouldn’t disappoint

One lady in the hotel recommended this place and we were very happy to eat here. It’s really tasty and portions are huge. We don’t speak Spanish, but still managed to understand each other 🙂 Home made lemonade is sooo good!

Came in for the first time, food was amazing. The restaurant was so beautiful, it really made you feel like you were in Colombia. Can’t wait to come back and try the rest of the menu. This is definitely a new “spot”. Will be back as soon as possible and can’t wait to bring friends who haven’t tried it yet. Keyword: Authentic!!

+service was horrible…we were approached while the waitress was on her cellphone! Then there was a person eating food behind their counter. I ordered my food which was supposed to include sausage & salad…there was none. Also took them 15 minutes after my first initial order (which was fish) for them to inform me they were out. The rice & beans are good but I can’t say anything else about it.
