So I went in On 3-3-26 at around 6:45pm. Never been to this store before, the lady was sitting in the lobby and no one was in the restaurant. I went in and right away she started complaining she had to count the chips and Cokes and that she got robbed walking home from work, then when she started to assemble my sandwich she told me how I was gonna have it, I ask her if I can please have it made my way which is not to difficult. I like the vegetables on first then the dressing, not the dressing then the vegetables she was very rude and very insubordinate. Told me thats not how we do it and just looked at me, so I walked out and will walking out i told her that her manger needs to fire her. I will be calling the manager in the morning to let them know also to make them aware of the revenue they are losing because of this Employee…..However the Store did look clean For being a Sandwich Artist I think she missed the training very unprofessional

This subway is pretty good for a subway. The interior was bright and clean. We showed up around 6:30 PM in December. It was already dark outside and there was no one else in the store. We had no wait time. The ingredients all looked good, except the lettuce which was a little wilty. The server put a good amount of meat on the sandwich, more than average. I am surprised it wasn’t busier.

The prices have gone up but the portions are getting smaller. The 6” is about 4” and the bread is as skinny as a bread stick. Before, scoops of meat would be measured with a cup. Now they are using a spoon. So not worth it anymore.

Sam and Gilbert here are awesome! They’re always busy during lunch time and do really well at getting orders done correctly and out quickly while giving excellent customer service.

The sandwich bro working the counter was squared away and got it all done quickly. The ingredients were fresh and my sandwich was yummy. Wish we had more options on the beverage self-serve. Overall, a great experience. Would go again.

Ordered online and I will absolutely never order here again. Plastic in my sandwich!! none of the dressings on my boyfriends sandwich & barely any meat on “the beast” sandwich which comes with about 6 different kinds only came with the pepperoni. None of the chips or drinks we ordered or my boyfriends churro. Cant even get a refund because I have to wait for the customer support to contact me which is absolutely pathetic. Why should I spend $30+ and need to wait to get my money back because there is no option for help.

I placed an online order which showed preparing, and then ready. Sent my 16 year old daughter’s to pick it up and the employee yelled at them saying he didn’t have the order. She showed him the order which was at the right location and then called me, while I was on the phone he was literally screaming at them. I had them leave for their safety. They said he was pacing and looked like he was on drugs. So unbelievably unprofessional. No grown adult should yell at a child like that.

The service is the slowest I have ever seen. We had 2 people ahead of us and it took over 15 minutes to get 2 sandwiches. There was one seasoned employee and a trainee. It was noon. I saw another 6 employees wandering in and out of the office. No one offered to help. This is not the first time this has happened. This is EVERY time I’ve come. I wait months hoping things will improve. It never does. You are losing customers. I work 2 minutes away. I won’t be back.
