Low’s is a little pit stop along Route 111 just outside of Sanford. If the name is in reference to the gas prices or the cost of a sub or a slice of pizza then it’s certainly apropos because you can fill up on all of it here without breaking the bank. And if you don’t expect to get anything more than what you’re paying for, you’ll appreciate this place and the friendly folks who run it.

Very friendly and helpful place! I come in right as they are closing and they not only let me make some purchases which held them there for about 5 or 10 minutes extra but they also gave me a huge cup full of free ice for the sodas that I bought. Most places would have an attitude about staying a few minutes extra but these guys were friendly, smiling and happy to help. If I ever get to hear again I will definitely stop by and hopefully get there early enough to get a burger!

Delicious classic Maine “Convenience store ” pizza. Doughy and floppy. Great sauce. Not my choice for takeout but when im on the go and craving Maine thick pizza, its a good bite. Help is always friendly. Parking can be tight though.

My girlfriend had an issue with not being able to see out the frost from the cold and the owner . & The two workers helped her and my puppy get home safe and sound by helping her with the window and letting her sit in their parking lot until they closed . Great people like this make our world go round !!! Thank you

My wife and I went to Bonny Eagle High School and Low’s used to make our pizza for lunch. Not only did we eat Low’s pizza every day for lunch (for 4 years), I also ate it every Wednesday or Thursday night as part of their ever going 2 large 1 topping pizza deal on those nights. Now a days, we both still eat Low’s pizza atleast once a week, on what my family and I have coined “Pizza Thursdays”, and our kids love it just as much as my wife and I always have!!

Pizza is great, if only they had good service. Sometimes just making a call to place the order can take 30 tries. And then on top of that, they sometimes burn the pizza. Great pizza when cooked good, but terrible service at times

Gas price is usually decent here, and I found out recently they carry an energy drink I like–Celsius. Breakfast sandwiches are good, too! Freshly made in-house.

Been going to Low’s for 25+ years in Buxton, but this was the first time at Alfred. I was looking forward to the classic Low’s pizza, but was disappointed. When I got home I found the pizza was over cooked. The cheese was dark brown. I’ve never had a pizza like this from Low’s. I’ll stick with the Buxton stores from now on.

The Subs are not good. The tuna was not tuna salad. Couldn’t even tell if there was mayo in it, no onion, no celery. The ham and genoa had hard salami not genoa. The veggie had no lettuce. But worse of all was the sub rolls,Oversized hot dog roll.

If you haven’t been to a lowes, your missing out on THE best Buffalo Chicken Ranch pizza you will ever have!. Clean establishment and right off the main road. Can’t miss it. Gas available here aswell.
