I literally just went across town to get hibachi from Kobe Grill, I never been there before . I get home and there is a long piece of hair in my food. I call and let them know that I stay all the way across town and I can’t even eat my food. They offered me to come back and get a replacement or a refund but could not do both for the inconvenience of having to come all the way back. The hair is literally embedded in the rice, I am disgusted!

Nope never again. Spaghetti noodles instead of lo mein noodles. Yum yum sauce straight mayo no flavor. So disappointed. If it wasn’t 30 minutes before closing I would have taken it back. It’s more I could say that I saw while waiting but I won’t. Never again!!

Place does a whole lot right, and that’s huge for me since good hibachi is hard to find.
Pros:
You know I gotta do my rice test. They cook their white and fried rice extremely well! That passed with flying colors.
Ginger and mustard sauce… to me this makes or break a hibachi joint, these were superb! I mean the mustard was amazing alone to dip the wings in.
For only $0.50 more, you can upgrade your steak to filet… here’s the cool part for me… I asked for medium rare… I GOT MEDIUM RARE. That seldom happens.
Cons:
Sushi wasn’t bad, bit expensive but I get it with the times now. My only issue is tue sriracha they rely on. Not a fan of that. Wasabi looks like the cheap kind you can squeeze out of a tube.
Needa more veggies in the dinners. A lot more broccoli too.
Wings are great size and price, but lacks in flavor. Needs garlic, pepper, anything.

My first and last time here. I am also new to the area and decided to give this place a try as my first pick for hibachi in Greensboro. I highly do not recommend. I have over 5 years of management experience in restaurant business. sadly, this was by far horrible management. There were over 15 customers waiting for their food. The lady in the front was kind but not attentive at all to the customers in line. It was unorganized and a few actually had their money refunded as I was waiting for 30 min. I’m sorry my first experience here will most definitely be my last.

the person taking orders was nice enough. the wait was not long at all. I got crab fried rice and Chicken Teriyaki Habachi with fried rice (pictured).
The Chicken was not fresh. I can tell because it was bland and hard and sort of chewy. I didn’t taste much Teriyaki at all. the rice was sort of hard as well and even more bland than the chicken. I definitely would not go here again.

Food was ok, but the environment has a smell and it over powers the restaurant and the food smell. It was rough. It’s probably the water pipes but it stinks. The floor was nasty and the tables were sticky. Staff was nice and friendly. Order take out to enjoy your food.

Very good food and service. The staff is very friendly and they deliver! The only thing is the price. They are a little more expensive than other Japanese takeout. Overall this is an excellent option for a good hot meal that comes directly to you.
