I order from Pizza Hut pretty consistently. I enjoy the deals and the food, but I think this last time I ordered is going to be my last time ordering from them. I ordered through the app and already had issues with the app being laggy. Oh well, I thought. I placed my order and after a bit the delivery comes. I take it and set it out to eat for my wife and me. Well I notice something is missing. I ordered 2 sets of wings, breadsticks, an extra marinara, and alfredo. My alfredo was missing. I then tried to call the store to see if something could be done. After a minute I was hung up on, so I tried again. The same thing. The third time I called the other store in town cause I was hoping they might be able to do something. Nope. I got told I was SOL and to keep trying to call cause they have to answer eventually. I tried again, a minute and was hung up. A fourth time and I was redirected back to whoever directs the calls and redirected back. I was hung up on again. And I know they had to answer to at least hang the phone up cause it made the audio cue. It’s been over an hour at this point, but I try again and get hung up on for the last time. I go to their website and talk to one of their help people. I was told that someone would be in contact with me about this because that’s all the guy could do. It’s now been a day and I’ve heard nothing. Take my experience as your warning. Don’t order from the location on 2nd Street because if they mess it up (and they probably will cause it’s not the first time something has been missing it’s just mostly sauces) they won’t answer their phone.

No forks to eat pasta, no greenpeppers on half my pizza. I understand what a rush it is but to pay 27 for food 5 for delivery 3 for tip come on guys you can do a little better. That’s why I don’t go to mcdonalds other than it’s disgusting but I have to remake every sandwich I get.

Great service the waitress was awesome. Best and freshest bread sticks I have ever had from a pizza joint, they were so crunchy and buttery makes my mouth water just describing them. Got personal pan pizzas they were cooked to perfection. This is hands down the best experience I have had with a name brand pizza place in years. Also had a beautiful lunch with my beautiful Daughters. Thank u pizza hut for making our lunch awesome

About gave up on Pizza Hut after so many horrible experiences and gross tasting pizza at other locations. The pizza Hut on 2nd street, though, restored my faith in them! Hope to actually be able to eat inside one of these days. The inside is just like I remember growing up. I do wish they’d bring back the salad bar. It was the best part.

we came in and they immediately tried to kick us out saying our dogs were not service dogs and refused to attend us. the owners didn’t want us to be served and came up to us with attitude saying that our pets were not service dogs. mind you they are service dogs for AUTISM. what a disgrace this place. everyone was absolutely rude. the place was empty and it’s for a reason.

I’m a loyal customer and tried using reward points I had earned for a pepperoni lovers pizza. I have no idea how this is a pepperoni lovers and not a minimal topping. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere if this is what rewards points amount to. Wasted too much money over time for this wish 0 stars was an option.

Second time trying this specific Pizza Hut, since I usually use the Boxelder one. I’m impressed!! The food was so much tastier, perfect golden crust, toppings were fresher. The people helping me out were really nice. The restaurant was clean, and typical Pizza Hut. I’ll definitely be using this one from now on!
