They are very limited on what sandwiches they are willing to put into their toasting oven, unlike other sandwich chains which can be inconvenient. Pricing has gotten a little out of hand so don’t come here if you’re on a budget. Food was not bad, place was clean. We were the only customers in the restaurant when we visited.

They admittedly did not make my sandwich correctly, and I called to see if I could get one that was made right. First, the guy said we will remake it. Then he put me on hold for 15 minutes and came back and said too bad for you. We won’t do anything. He refused to let me talk to the manager. Bad business.

I’m usually happy with this location but very gross and disappointing to open my sandwich and see all of the lettuce browning. I would’ve hoped for relatively fresh ingredients given the high cost.

I ordered through the app, the store gave me an incorrect sandwhich. When I called they said they would bring me the correct sandwhich. I said that was ok since I figured doing a refund would be harder since I couldn’t leave our dart tournament. When the correct sandwhich showed up theu refused to give it to me without taking back the one we had that was wrong. Since they did not mention they wanted it back when I spoke on the phone with them, I gave it to me friend. Any restaurant I’ve been too especially since covid does not take food back. I had the delivery driver call his store and let me speak with him and he scolled me as it should be common practice to give food back that was made incorrectly. I was baffled at his response since he did not ask for it back and it is not common practice. They reluctantly have me the correct sandwhich but everyone who was in the bar for our tournament witnessed and agree that what they did was wrong. I will never use this location ever again and will not be ordering from Jimmy johns anytime in the near future. This shows that Jimmy John’s is not customer service focused and cannot accept they made a mistake.

I ordered on the app and drove through the drive through to pick up. When I got home, I realized I had been given the wrong sandwich. I called back in to let them know so they could hopefully remake it quick since I was short on time and I would pick it up. The person who answered the phone said she’d need to speak to her manager but didn’t put me on hold. I then sat on the phone listening while they cussed me out and said I was probably scamming them. I was obviously upset because I wasn’t in the wrong. I understand mistakes happen and I was being patient and asked them to fix it. When I went back to pick it up, I was told the manager left for the day (at 3pm?) and that I couldn’t speak to anyone about how upset I was for being cussed at. I ended up calling the next day and spoke to the manager who was cussing about me and she basically doubled down and said they get scammed a lot. That still doesn’t justify cussing at a customer who didn’t want to eat a tuna sandwich when they ordered a vegetarian sub??? I filled out the JJs feedback and never heard anything or had any follow up so I’m assuming no one cares how unprofessional and rude their management is. Mistakes happen, but the only mistake I made was eating here.

Friday night 11/15/24 ordered for delivery. I live 0.5 miles away but waited over an hour and finally asked for a refund. The guy on the phone had an attitude. I have a migraine and just wanted some food but I’m not paying $32 for two small sandwiches that sat out for over an hour.

Don’t order here. Food sucks and managers will just argue with you about orders instead of making the moment right for you as a customer. Ivan and Kate or whatever the managers name is both are very unprofessional and unwilling to help loyal customers. Kept interrupting me when I tried to explain as a customer why I’m upset that my sandwich is wrong again and their argument is the have passed sandwiches test so it has to be right. Real annoying when I spend money and just want to relax after work and these guys give me a hard time about a sandwich made wrong.

I was helping my grandma out and went to pick up an online order for some sandwiches. I arrived around 5 minutes early. It was super windy out and the umbrellas they had started to fly all over the place. Genuinely fly. I told one of the ladies about the umbrellas and she mumbled some expletives before going out to grab the umbrellas. I didn’t know whether or not to help her other than holding the door. She got just so mad it was concerning. I held the door for her and I thought she was going to start yelling at me for trying to help! I got a bit flustered after all that so I told the people inside to take their time and I would be back to pick up the sandwiches in about 5 minutes and I was just going to wait in my car. They ended up bringing my bag out to my car and I was very thankful for that. The sandwiches were great though! I always like their bread.
