Steak & Chicken Plate for $22 is really good deal, if not the largest portion combo I’ve ever had. The protein was good but the rice deff needs flavor. I would suggest over some sauces that can be added on but I would also try some different seasonings for your rice. I threw some soy sauce with the rice, good to go. Overall, this was delicious.

Drove past this food truck sooo many times. I know from experience food trucks or little ma pops places usually are hidden gems, with pretty good food. There name is Fuego which is fire in Spanish for God sakes, so I had high hopes. We pulled over and went up to check out the menu. Almost all of the menu was in Spanish, except for a small portion. We get it, it’s a Spanish place, it’s called Fuego. But I’m sure they had to anticipate people who may not be fluent in Spanish, patronizing them. So our choices were limited from the start. There was chicken, steak, shrimp or a combination of them that came with either white rice, yellow rice, fried rice and veggies. We got the steak and shrimp combo and we’re sharing it bc we just needed a quick bite. The steak/shrimp combo was $22, and we got a can of soda and put $5 in their tip jar. The steak was good, it reminded me of steak chunks cooked in a crock pot or slow cooker. The meat fell apart, although it was quite salty. The shrimp, not so good on the other hand. The rails were still connected, which isn’t a huge deal, but they were chewy and didn’t taste like shrimp to me at all. I had one to try and didn’t want to try it again. The texture was way off, and skeeved me out honestly. They didn’t ask us what kind of rice we wanted, (we didn’t realize we had a choice until they already cooked it.) the rice was super bland and you got A LOT of it. Was super hard to eat by itself bc it had literally no flavor. The veggies were cold and seemed like they were boiled or steamed frozen veggies, unseasoned and tasted like water. I’m glad we only got one portion to share because $22 for unseasoned rice, frozen veggies, and chewy skeevy shrimp is pretty expensive. If you decide to try this food truck I would suggest sticking with the steak and maybe trying the fried rice. Or at least be fluent in Spanish so you can order something besides those combos. They had burgers, I just couldn’t understand what was on any of them bc it was in Spanish. Not gonna lie, I was super stoked about trying this place and ended up super disappointed.

I didn’t really like the rice. I’m also not sure why they are calling this “habachi” because this is nothing like any habachi l’ve had. I don’t think I would eat here again, it wasn’t worth 22 dollars.

Food is delicious and although it looks expensive at first, you get a lot of it! I enjoy their shrimp mofongo, pork mofongo, rice and beans, empanadas. Everything we’ve gotten has been good. Only in summer do they have some seating outdoor. Parking is available. And it can take 20 min or so. So if it’s cold out, we just wait in the car. Also almost no English.

I ordered 2 items a Cuban sandwich $14 and a puerto Rican burger $14 both come with fries n a drink. But my total came to $32!! I asked him why the gap taxes he said no cheese but it comes with cheese. I believe they took a tip n that’s unacceptable. Now my Cuban sandwich was big n full of meat and the fries were crunchy n delicious. But my sandwich had no flavor. My husband had a puerto Rican burger which looked nothing like the picture very flat. But he enjoyed it and loved it minus the Fried egg. So all in all I’d go bk for him n fries. But stick to the prices.

So me and my son went to go try out this place, I really loved everything we ate! I loved it so much, I tried the steak , and shrimp combo, I really loved how good the steak was the shrimp is okay but I definitely recommend this place! My son ate the French fries with the empanadas , he really loved it and got a side of soda which was definitely kid friendly that doesn’t have caffeine! I definitely love how sweet the owner was. Please go try out this place with your kids!

Had salmon with the rice and vegetables. The salmon was cooked nice but had it no spices or sauce. Not even a hint of salt or pepper on it. Basically just a piece of salmon. The rice and vegetables were something you would get from a package of rice and veggies from the store for $1. The kind you heat up in the bag for 90 seconds but dry. Basically vegetable flavored rich with carrots and peas that were hard due to being cooked too long. Waited twice as long as they said it would take. Definitely disappointed in the food outside of the salmon being cooked well (pretty easy to do). Advertise as hibachi, steak, and grill truck but wouldn’t order hibachi from them again as they don’t seem to know how to properly make hibachi.

I had the Salomon rice and vegetables. Big mistake. I literally had food poison from this place. Salmonella for the Salomon dish and was sick for a whole week. Please be advised. Ooooo I don’t think the food here is fresh. I was sick as I don’t know what. I would have been better off going to MC Donald’s next door.

Went to this Truck for some casual Spanish latiin food. Honestly the protein was pretty good but the sides tasted to be out of a frozen bag. Truly not my personal favorite but I showed some liking to the package of protein combo.

Wish I would have read the reviews before ordering… Horrible the steak taste like pot roast with no sauce … Extremely dry … Rice no flavor … And veggies wth did y’all just steam them and throw them on a tray like y’all are ripping ppl off big time for this cheap and horrible food never ever again will I ever eat from here….
