If you’re looking for a bar atmosphere, the Tipsy Nickel is you’re place. It’s a small bar that serves really good food! This was my second time there for date night. The burgers are amazing. Tonight we went to experience the cheese wheel alfredo. It was a fun experience! It tasted good, but like the other food portions, it was small in comparison to what you usually receive. I’m not knocking it, it was good, loved the experience. Definitely will be going back to try ge steaks and different salads. Fries and onion rings were good.

What a cool place!! This was our first visit but definitely won’t be our last. The food was absolutely on point. My husband ordered the seafood boil which was the special; I ordered the brisket nachos. The cocktails were gorgeous and looked tasty. All the employees were very attentive and friendly.

Great food at this little place. We ate outside on the patio and it was lovely. I had the shrimp tacos and my girl had the chicken kabobs. The onion rings and sweet potato fries were equally as good. We’ll be back. The inside was a little dark for my liking but AC was cool.

Ordered the artichoke dip, calamari, brisket tacos and Fear of the dog burger. The appetizers were wonderful and the main dishes were amazing!!! Also had the pumpkin latte cocktail…yummm!

We went to Mason for a drive on a Sunday. We decided to get a drink and some food before we went home. This place is so quaint! I fell in luv right away. There are outdoor tables as well as a bar area they can use in summer when it’s busy. Inside is cute with a bar area and tables around. The drinks were very good and the food was excellent. We will be back in Mason soon. Prices were a little pricey with everything going up nowadays. The server was very nice. Lovely

Food was phenomenal. My server Deryll was amazing. I know servers are usually being welcoming to simply do their job, but I felt my desires were truly cared about, which makes a great server. And it was pretty busy, too, so that’s impressive.

The food was great! The wedge salad was excellent. I ordered shrimp on the side, The shrimp was larger than most I see around here. The chef seasoned it perfectly. Prices are reasonable. Service wasn’t amazing, but she was nice. Boyfriend got a burger and the whitefish dip. I’m not big on fish, but he said the dip was by far the best he’s had this far south. Went back today, service was excellent. Staff were all friendly, knowledgeable and attentive. They made a batch of fresh cider with cinnamon sticks and apple pieces. We added a shot and boyyyy was it delicious!!!

We left a show today looking for something to eat on our way home. Stopped in and sat down. Everything on the menu sounded fantastic. Service was great! The brisket was awesome! Everything we ordered was delicious! I did not expect it at all. Would definitely recommend and will absolutely be going back. Outstanding food and service. Thank you!

First time here and it will be our go to place in town. Can’t wait for patio season. Our waiter Daryl was fantastic and will be our go to waiter. Wednesdays are pasta nights and our taste buds didn’t feel like they were eating at a small town bar. It was so damn good. Drinks were heavy and tasty as well. The change over from Darbs to Tipsy Nickel was a fantastic experience.
