They kept calling costumers in but not served us in about 15 minutes. Yes, exactly 15 minutes because I look to my watch and observe. If I didn’t look at the waiter’s eyes nothing will happen. So, If you come here on Sunday at noon time be prepared and waves your hands to the waitress or else…however, food is good!(which i don’t have a problem at all Because I’m not always picky)

No secure bathroom doors, broken soap dispenser ready to fall, paper towels holder barely on the wall, coffee creamer spoiled or expired. After getting our food it however, my order was under cooked and after one bite of this mess I ended up with severe diarrhea prompting a change of clothes. Be warned not a great place. If I could it would be 0 stars.

Update review
On our most recent restaurant visit on Labor Day, we were greeted by the same friendly smiles from the staff we saw during our last holiday visit. I’m just so glad to find people that are happy to be at work and I know they would probably want to be at home with their families instead. Angel, our server was super considerate and nice. Even when asking for water, she went beyond the call to ask if we would like ice in our water. You don’t get that attention anymore. She really could teach other wait staff around Fort Wayne the master of her craft. She so deserves a raise for her A+++ service. I made sure to tip more and I hope that all of that goes into the wait staff pocket. The food was simply cooked to perfection and in my opinion even better than some of the other local restaurants. I couldn’t ask for anything else out of my breakfast. I will be back because this place is great.

I was so pleasantly surprised to find IHOP open on Christmas Day! The servers were so nice and in a holiday mood! They are the real heroes working on Christmas Day away from their families. The food took an average time to arrive but it was almost a full house. The sirloin tips were cooked perfectly and super tender. The pancakes were fluffy and perfect as usual. The restaurant itself was very clean and decorated well for the season. The icing on the cake was the kids ate free! I am a new IHOP believer and will be back!

The last times I visited this place it wasnt good. Services was slow the food wasnt very good. This last time I went because my son wanted to go there on his birthday. Jasmine provided the best service I’ve ever gotten from there! She was attentive and polite. The food was really delicious. They sang Happy Birthday and gave my son and his friend a Ice cream sundae! Please keep up the good work and we will be back!

We are currently sitting in this restaurant. It’s 5:56am and we have been here for 45 there is literally one other table and we have not received our food nor has the waitress been back to our table since she took our order! The worst ihop I have ever been to in my life.

The food and service was great, but the prices were outrageous. My extra order of toast (two slices of bread) with my omelette and hash browns was $3.19!!
I can get two whole loaves of bread at Aldi’s for that price!! I was pissed!
And I don’t like how the waiter brings a pad around and he holds it, as you pay for your meal. He’s watching you add the tip. The last time I went to an IHOP and the lady circled the word “gratuity” on the bill, she got a dollar less on her tip. But at least I was able to look at the bill, before I paid it.

Was a good time. Staff was mostly good. Didnt mind my messing around and wild sense of humor. Waitress was pretty crabby and forgot stuff and took forever to refill drink while the place was near empty, but food was good and everyone had a great time.

Favorite ihop by far!
Not only is it cleaner than the other local Ihops but the staff is so much friendlier. The manager Caitlin is always on the floor or running food. I’ve never seen a restaurant with such good leadership and dedicated employees that actually like their job.
