A small location with not much seating inside. The staff s emed a little disorganized. A good place for drive through coffee, but would not recommend much staying in at the tables.

absolutely the model of incompetence. Waited 15 min in a 2 person line this morning. Utterly embarrassing to make customers wait so long for a brewed coffee. You are better off farming your own beans, roasting them, having a child, teaching them to brew, and then ordering that coffee. You would still be stuck in line at this place.

They should train employees not to put their fingers on lids of cups, it’s the same as putting them in your mouth. See photo as to what not to do. This happened twice today at two different Starbucks.

Apparently, even using the app to order ahead, the starbucks baristas cannot for the life of them seem to read the modifications on my drink. That, or they just straight up ignore them, and it doesn’t matter which store I go to, either. I don’t like blonde espresso, so every time, I ask for signature, and every time they give me blonde. I’m not going to pay $9+ for a drink I don’t even like. And I don’t dont like asking them to remake it either, especially when they’re often super busy. Ill just go elsewhere.

So I would give 0 stars but it is not an option. I don’t frequent Starbucks but ordered the largest blonde pour over. I was told the pour over “machine” was broken. I am old no, there is no such device… What a joke . People don’t do what they are paid for anymore. Don’t go here they lie to your face. Sad .

Staff is incredibly friendly, dining area is kept clean, and drinks are always on par or exceeding expectation on days with average customer traffic. Expect longer wait times for service during peak academic year / athletic event traffic. By no means is slower service the fault of staff, but high volumes of orders (especially in college towns) will bog down any establishment. Highly recommended.

More and more often there’s service issues here. Today there was no ordering ahead with the app then with only one vehicle ahead of me to order at the drive through it took 18 minutes to get through. They were out of most breakfast items but I couldn’t find out until in line. Started going to other vendors and other less convenient locations

Staff here is always super super friendly. Great place to grab a drink and a snack while I read. Even when the drive thru line is wrapped around the building, service is still super fast. Favorite Starbucks in the area.

This is my favorite Starbucks in bburg/cburg!! The employees are always so friendly and ask you about your day at the window and the drive thru is always pretty fast. They’ve also never ever messed up my order and know how to make the “less common” menu drinks. I have to imagine the management is pretty good because they are quite consistent.
