I am writing to formally bring to your attention an issue I experienced with an order placed at your location at 13942 Cedar Road on March 7, 2026 at approximately 2:55 PM.
I ordered two large meat calzones and one medium veggie calzone. Unfortunately, when I arrived home and began eating, I discovered that one of the large meat calzones was undercooked.
I called the store to politely inform them of the issue. The person who answered the phone stated that there was nothing they could do about it. I then asked to speak with the manager or the person who took my order, but instead of assisting me, the phone call was abruptly disconnected.
What concerns me most is not just the food quality, but the lack of professionalism and customer service in handling a legitimate concern.
This particular location has experienced frequent ownership turnover, but in all my years purchasing from this establishment, I have never experienced this level of unprofessionalism, disrespect, and disregard for a paying customer.
Because of this experience, I will no longer be purchasing from this location. However, I felt it was important to notify your corporate office so that you are aware of how customers are being treated at this franchise.

Ordered a pizza and waited an hour in front of our air bnb in the snow for our delivery. Never got any food. At 8:30am the next morning we got an email saying they rejected our order bc they were too busy. Would have been nice to get that message when we ordered the pizza. Rather than the next day. Bad business.

30 minute wait for burnt chicken tenders AND Joni fries. Like how do you mess up chicken tenders?? Their wings were nasty too; I definitely prefer the Richmond location over this location. Deformed undercooked chicken wings, highly disappointed.

I’ve been eating Georgio’s for most of my life, having grown up in the heights, and I’ve always liked them… This location today, though, was absolutely awful to my friend and me. My friend ordered me a pizza because I’ve been sick, with no cheese (he didn’t select any cheese choices in the Slice app and there was no “No Cheese” choice), because I’m lactose intolerant. When they delivered me a pizza with cheese, he called them to ask for a refund or replacement, and instead of just eating the couple bucks of cost, they blamed him for not saying “no cheese” in the message. They refused to give a refund, and told him to call the app he used. He did this, and the app rep called them with him on the phone. The Georgio’s employee they spoke to at this point called my friend a liar for pointing out that one of the employees admitted to not reading his message, then hung up on him when he got angry about them calling him one.
After he called again, they agreed to re-deliver the pizza, something they could have done in the first place… and when that 2nd pizza was delivered, it didn’t have any chicken on it, despite that being in the original order (you can see it in the first photo). I’m eating it anyway, because it’s been hours since the original order. It’s amazing to me that despite there being a legitimate food allergy complaint about a simple mistake they made, they wouldn’t just own up to it, made my friend run around in circles just to try and get his money back for food that I couldn’t even eat, and then they STILL couldn’t get the order right. I’ve worked for restaurants and customer service for the last 8 years… This entire situation was utterly ridiculous.

I bought the 1/2 sheet pizza and it wasn’t totality cooked, I bit into it and it was doughy and the cheese was barely melted.

Looks like 3 stars, tastes like 1.5. Couldn’t even finish it. The cheese was all wrong, didn’t even taste like it was melted- something was just all off with this- worst calzone I ever had. The interior of the place was also dirty. Regional management should really visit this place to get things in order. Though I do feel bad there was only one guy working.

The staff don’t smile say thank you nothing just pay and wait. They also changed the size of the Monster Pizza I ordered here plenty of times and one day I order my regular which is the Monster ex cheese and pepperoni and it was smaller like a hot and ready I asked what happened she said nothing they just cut it differently. Mind you I always ordered the same thing when I come there. Customer service is horrible and they scammed me out of my order.

I had just picked my kids up from afterschool activities. I wanted to place the order ahead of time by phone so I could grab and go, but there was no answer, and the call went to voicemail. So I had to place the order when I arrived and wait 20 minutes. I thought the pizzas were a little overcooked also. The pizza is usually pretty good, but this time, they were just okay.
