I understand the length of time in this drive thru. This location is usually pretty fast, and the employees are always nice. I’m just so tired of having to double check that orders are accurate. I’m okay with paying for extra dressing, but please get the dressing right. There’s nothing worse than getting back to work and realizing you have the wrong dressing – and extra of it that you paid for. And you just put one of the wrong ones on your salad. Now you can’t eat the gross salad. But you’re still hungry and don’t have time to go back. Now you’ve ruined someone’s whole day because they’re hungry and just wasted hard earned money. It is actually your job to get things right. Please do better!

Today, I came to Zaxby’s with my son to celebrate after a good performance in his first soccer game of the fall season and both got a Big Zax Snak® Meal to go. We’ve been here many times and always look forward to the relaxed atmosphere and uniqueness of each experience.

Came in tonight with my family. I have to say the crew was amazing. When I go out to eat which is not often maybe once every 6 months, I like to see the employees and managers getting along and joking with each other in a tasteful way, them working together to get orders to the customers, and managers who actually care about their customers. The manager on duty was repeatedly out in the lobby checking on customers. Taking their trash. Offering to refill drinks. Thats one hell of a manager in my opinion. Dayla, Mauricio, and Trey need raises.

Went here for lunch to try the Asian Zensation Salad for the first time. I decided to go with grilled chicken on my salad instead of the fried & breaded. It was the middle of the lunch hour and there were a fair amount of people. The salad itself was quite delicious with the vinaigrette dressing adding a kick to it. A special shout out to Lauren the general manager who was cordial and friendly when taking my order. Overall a good experience.

The staff here genuinely cares about their guests! They were attentive, courteous, and pleasant. The menu offers a wide variety of options, and everything we tried was delicious. Everything we ordered was hot and fresh, while also being served very quickly. I’d drive the extra ten minutes to come to this location any day, best Zaxby’s around!

Came in for dinner the other night and was attended quickly by friendly staff, well mannered too for this day and age. Not only did my food come out quickly but the manager himself was constantly checking in on other guest and attending to their needs and was kind enough to throw away their trash as well. Mauricio and his staff all deserve a raise.

Workers are always nice. Place is aways clean. But when it comes to the food and service of it. The order is always wrong. I really think at this location they can’t read. One time they said ” you came back in to get my extra sauce? He told me ” it’s just cents”. We work hard for that. The limestone location is way better.

Let me add to this review, I did contact the store GM and he said I will have to talk to the owner and see what we need to do, he said he would get back to me. I have not heard anything since there reply to me.Very disappointed in the customer service aspect of this management . I went through the drive thru and ordered a family pack chicken fingers meal of 20 chicken strips 2 extra large fries and another order of 10 chicken strips and a gallon of sweet tea But the woman on the other end proceeded to ask me after each thing I said was is that all, is that all, is that all over and over kinda rude. They seem to hate their job so they project it to the customers. Now since I order 30 chicken strips she tells me that I can’t have anymore sauce unless I pay for it. Now who uses 4 sauces for 30 strips. So we said fine I will buy some more but the blond haired girl with the pink eye shadow look at us as if we didn’t have the money to pay for any. So anyway we bought 12 more sauces for 3$ this group just seemed to hate their job and didn’t want to be bothered. And she shut the window on us in our face and forgot to give us our gallon of tea, until another man opens it back and said sorry here’s your tea. Bad experience wont be back to this one.

The Zaxby’s on Thompson Bridge Rd is FANTASTIC! The manager and all the staff are so friendly and always greet you with a smile! The food is great but what is even better than the food is the staff! I highly recommend this location!

My order was incorrect even after I confirmed it with the cashier. At the pick up window, the Manager Maricio said the cole slaw was not on the ticket so needed to pay separately. I explained that why couldn’t they just give me the slaw as a courtesy since they messed up the order. He said, no and was rather rude. I asked him to just take the food back and refund my money. He refused to refund me. I asked for the corporate office number and he refused to give it to me. Told, me I am acting like a child. I am a 64 year old. He added that I can use google to get the corporate office number. When you call the googled corporate number, you get a recording stating to call the store directly. I need whoever owns this Zaxbys location to contact me.
