I normally enjoy Chick-fil-A and have had consistently good experiences, but unfortunately, this visit was disappointing. I ordered a chicken sandwich and discovered a hair in it, which was extremely off-putting.

I expect better hygiene and quality control, especially from a brand known for its customer service and food standards. This really ruined the meal for me and made me question how clean things are behind the scenes.

I hope this was an isolated incident, but it’s something the management seriously needs to address. Cleanliness should never be compromised.

The food was good, but probably not to my preferences because I like the texture of dark meat and I think they use mostly chicken breast and whatever else here. But I didn’t love it.
Everything was also very salty to me, not bad just not the best even for fast food standards for me.
On another note, customer service at this location is great and Trevor, who took my order was very nice and amazing attitude. I would come back again.

Yesterday (12/4/25) at around 12:00 PM, I came in to pick up my order that I made. I waited patiently for the food to be ready inside, and when my name was called, the male individual gave my order in such a rude manner. I do not understand what I did to have him treat me that way. This store is known for having “friendly service” but do not agree. To describe the worker, he has brown skinned male individual. I hope he gets spoken to because that is not how you treat customers.

Drive thru line was long. However, they were very efficient and provided good service. I ordered a 4 piece grilled chicken and was disappointed. They looked like very small remnants of leftover chicken in a bowl. I will not order this again

This is quite a busy location but it seems there is enough parking and drive through is open. They staff the place well enough to take care of the crowds. Employees are quite friendly and helpful. Food is the usual Chick Fil A quality.

They may have forgotten an order of a12 piece combo through the drive thru. But when I address the issue, they quickly gave me what was missing and also gave a brownie as a sorry.
