Just got our pizza delivered, first off it took longer to deliver, when you received the pizza it looked like it was just smashed or the box was tilted and we were missing a drink. Just disappointed

They use door dash to deliver. The dasher said they couldn’t find the address then turned around saying they delivered it. I had to reorder it. I pre tipped $10 plus the $5 delivery fee. Which they told me I couldn’t get back only a credit. I don’t want nothing credited I want the money.

Pizza was okay, it’s always a hit and miss when I order. This time I was bothered by the lady at the front, she severely lacked customer service skills. I left a cash tip to be nice and maybe put a smile on her face but not a thank you, have a nice night, or anything. Last time I ever order there.

Okay. Where do I start spending over $50 and receiving all my food burnt and as well as getting sent pork and we don’t eat pork is a slap in the face! It was horrific. Ordered online for instore pickup. Arrived 5 minutes after website said it would be ready. Waited at counter for five more minutes for someone to come to counter. After trying several times the girl finally finds my online order on the computer and walks off without saying a word to me. When she brings out an order for another lady that was there when I arrived I asked about my order. She said they were waiting on my breadsticks. She walked off before I could ask how much longer it would take. Order ended up being almost 30 minutes late. By the time I got pizza home it was barely warm and soggy from sitting in the box waiting on breadsticks.

Ordered 5 pizzas and wings for my guys at work. They decided Door Dash needed to deliver it. Door Dash called and said they had given my order to someone else on accident. Store took 45 minutes to finally answer a phone call then said that Door Dash lied. They put me on hold for 22 minutes then just hung up on me. Never will order from here again. Terrible experience

Awful experience! Ordered delivery for 1 pizza at 5:57…didn’t get pizza until 8:15! Ridiculous! Attempted to call the store 3x with no answer, then when someone finally answered they said they forgot my order! No apologizes or anything! Then the delivery driver went to the wrong house even though I had my porch light on & house # clearly visible. Still no apology! Never ordering from them again.

When we got there at the correct pickup time we had to wait an additional 15 minutes only for one of our pizzas to have been made with thick crust instead of thin. So we then had to wait another 15 minutes for the right pizza. No apology or credit for next time or anything

Ordered a meal of 4 pizzas and bread sticks at 8:30pm no pizza delivered at all by 10:30pm. The store did not notify of any delay. On the check in call at 9:30 we were told it would be delivered. At 10:20 no pizza yet. Now the store is closed. The call center was no help getting the order delivered.

It took 2 hours and 20 minutes to get order,when we ordered they told us 45 minutes and never mentioned doordash after 1hour and 15 minutes of waiting they told us door dash picked it up. Then we get a text saying order was canceled. So we call back and pizza hut in cahokia put us on hold for 22 minutes until door dash pulled up with our order.
