Ordered hot and spicy garlic chicken. It was sweet.. gave them a second chance and ordered shezwan chicken which is supposed to be hot and spicy, but they served orange chicken dipped in hot sugar syrup.

Buy the chef a dictionary or ask them to lookup the meaning of what spicy means or teach it to them.. its not very hard to know the difference!

Typical Chinese food…the Chicken has the std breading for both the lemon chicken and sweet and sour chicken…most likely purchased frozen and then reheated…especially when it took like ~10 minutes to get all of the meals to go… No frills meals with just the chicken, sauce, and plain white rice… the sweet and sour sauce is probably from a container and doesn’t taste like it’s freshly made but was just reheated…but I could be wrong…the lemon sauce tasted good enough for my wife to give it a score of almost 4 out of 5…the Gen tso chicken did come with steamed broccoli…which took space so you get less chicken… there was no spiciness as the description indicates so I gave that a 3.5..it looks like you can eat in the restaurant…but it’s very basic with no drinks… I am unsure of any drinks because there was no drink dispenser, no utensils, no napkins, etc., available for in store eating… at any rate overall probably a 3.5 / 5 and I probably won’t be going back…

We ordered on Christmas Eve. We expected it to be a bit behind. It came 3 hours late!!! And we were missing 2 of our main dishes. What we did receive was good, but it’s hard to know if that’s just because we were starving by the time the food arrived. We had placed the order 5 hours ahead, plenty of time for them to plan. We definitely won’t be ordering from them again

Pepper Steak was probably the only good thing I ordered. Egg roll is not so great. The expensive burnt dry ribs were disgusting. After they bring your food out. Never see anyone again. I’m sure some other dishes are good even better. Just the one I got wasn’t 5 star. I personally do not mind paying for high price meal cause it’s happening everywhere. But at least put some love into it.

1/9/2023 The walnut shrimp was a nice presentation. The shrimp won-ton soup, however was not good this time.

The wontons were mushy, the soup base was red color instead of a clear both like it used to be. It lacked flavors.

The garlic shrimp (sauce) is similar to almost all of their dishes flavors, using the same chili sauce.

We’ve their dishes more than multiple times the past 5 years, the dishes were always decent and tasty.

Their dishes have gone downhill.

A good restaurant, even if it’s an express business doesn’t use the same sauce for almost all dishes.

The once upon a time wonton soup we loved is no longer the same taste, seasoning and textures.

Presentation: 4 stars for the orange slices with walnut shrimp/broccoli/honey glazed crispy walnuts. It’s close to being the only dishes that was decent.

The girl behind the counter might greet you with “What do you want (essentially, it’s translated to “May I take your order.”)

Their dishes are no longer refueling happiness in every bite.

We tossed the entirety of the food portions. It was not consumable.

Seldom, I provide a low rating review. In this instance, it applies and it is a definite will not be returning status.

Did a pickup today of appetizers and a few entrees. Everything was delicious. My opinion great food and very good service. I said I would pickup at 330. They were just finishing up when I got there and everything was very hot. Love there fried wontons and shrimp. Ham egg foo young, sauce is best on the side is a bit salty.
Best that I’ve found since my favorite went out of business years ago.

We have been eating at this place for a few years, we place orders for delivery, never have had any problems until tonight. We ordered schezuan chicken spicy and orange chicken, we received 2 orange chickens. We called the place and a lady answered and told us we were mistaken as the order was correctly delivered. We offered to give back the second orange chicken, they didn’t want to bring out the correct dish ordered. Woman on the line started arguing and saying we didn’t know what was delivered. Horrible customer service!! Buyer beware!!

Decided to try this place and absolutely regret it! I ordered egg drop soup, szechwan chicken, fried rice, and lo mein. Soup was like water and had a weird flavor not consistent with egg drop. Even kids wouldn’t eat it. Szechwan was deep fried breaded in a sickeningly sweet pinkish, orange sauce with no hint of spice (despite being labeled as hot and spicy). I thought they gave me sweet and sour by mistake and called, but was told that no it was correct.

I saw someone else had the same experience with the szechwan when they ordered that and orange chicken and had the restaurant argued with them too.

Super disappointed in this email that was a waste of money! We couldn’t eat half of it. I’ll definitely go back to China Chefs, who has far superior food.
