The food was almost cold. I told our waitress and she informed the person upfront but she just continued to ignore us. They refused to put out hot food and finally told us they could microwave our plates. Smh. Terrible service

I’ve shared my opinions about this place before, and nothing has changed. This is a wonderful buffet with many options to choose from. Mandy is my preferred waitress, very friendly and outgoing. This is a great place to bring your whole family or to have a business meal.

Been eating there for years. The service is always great. Always get to a table fast. The food is typically good just don’t go there an hour after lunch and expect it to be super fresh. Table service has always been quick, you never have to ask for your glass to be refilled. Price is great for lunch is probably the best meal in town for the money. I sometimes have a hankering for tea (hot) and they always have a good selection on hand. If your in town and want a good lunch for a good price, I would definitely recommend this place.

Ok so on the way home to Ruston we found this buffet…outside could use an update but dont let the looks fool you! Absolutely amazing food!! Very clean atmosphere and courteous staff! Highly Recommend!!

One of the only places I found in town during my stay that had tofu on the menu. I went here 4+ times during my stay for dinner. I got tofu mixed veggies every time – which is vegan. The folks that run the place are really kind, patient, and accommodating in a town of limited options for someone that doesn’t eat meat/dairy/eggs. They answered my questions and even remembered my order after a few times.
The bean/curd veggies dish itself is delicious and I was happy to eat it every night on my business trip here. As close to a real Chinese restaurant as I could hope for out here. I look forward to coming back the next time my travels bring me here.

We were passing through El Dorado, Arkansas, and stopped for supper about 8:00 pm. Food was hot and delicious. We enjoyed the meat, poultry, and seafood options. Fruit was fresh — especially watermelon and cantaloupe. Service was outstanding — Mallory was super attentive and extremely friendly — our drink glasses stayed full. Staff members were friendly upon entering and leaving the restaurant. If we ever travel in this area again, we will definitely stop at The Great China Super Buffet.

Very small food selection. My husband and I fixed our plates and didn’t even eat it. I went to the front and spoke to the “manager” to let her know that the food was cold and old. She told ne that no one else was complaining. And that we had to pay for the plate that we didn’t eat. I told her to go and check our plates and see that we couldn’t eat that food. She said once again that we had to still pay. She even picked up her phone to call the cops. All the food was cold and off temperature. Never will I go there ever again. Bad service and off temperature food. First thing Monday I will be calling the HEALTH DEPARTMENT. Because they are going to get someone SICK or worse…KILL someone with that off temperature food. I wish that I could give them less than one star. That food that they were serving was fit for the TRASH.
