The food was great, the people making the food were fantastic and kind. I absolutely do not appreciate watching the employees having to pause on making my food to be reprimanded for something petty, like trying to stay warm, right in front of customers. It couldn’t wait a moment and be done privately? As a manager myself, this is HIGHLY unprofessional and rude. Value your employees a little better, they do a great job. I’m very upset.

Tuesday March 18 at 7:00pm I ordered a tuna sub and a meatball sub off the app at this location I normally go to the one on the west side because they never mess anything up. So I went to a few stores got home and there were things I don’t eat on the sub. So I called the store and asked can I get a new one I just got home the sub has not been touched. The night shift a male and female the female said on phone sure come on. I drove all the way back to the store for her to say she called her manager and I would have to pay for a new one. I said no I’m not it was an accident. I have had subway fix my sub before. I was more upset they told me I could get it fixed and I drove all the way there to be told they can’t fix it and that I would have to buy another. This is absolutely unprofessional and I will be getting ahold of corporate. It’s not about getting free food I could care less it’s the principle. How many people have they done this to?

Great service and food. We arrived late and we were treated exceptionally well and made to feel relaxed. Not the normal I want to go home-go attitude. This young lady works here with her mother and she made our experience really good.

We recently ordered two meat trays and a vegetable tray. The order was fully packed in a handy carrying case complete with mayo and mustard packets and napkins w tongs for the veggie tray the staff was helpful and courteous and the order was ready 30 min before my scheduled pick up. This is the way to host a gathering. Everything was great .

Fresh Sliced does not mean fresh sliced right in front of your face, false advertisement. This location looked dingy/dirty, windows smeared. Cashier had two hickies on her neck. Sandwich was good, just fresh sliced did not meet expectations.

I must say tonight’s sandwich is 100% a let down. I reread my receipt everything is correct there. I mean I know I placed the order 50 minutes before closing but come on. Who gets a steak sub cold? Asked for veggies to be toasted on the sandwich but of course that didn’t happen because it’s cold. And I specifically unchecked mayo but it’s loaded with mayo. Ordered extra cheses of course I paid for it but definitely didn’t get it. Like I know I work in a restaurant and late orders can be annoying but this is unacceptable. I can’t even eat my dinner because I HATE MAYO and even if I could stomach the mayo I can’t eat it after warming up my ice cold steak! Waste of your time and my money next time just call me and cancel the order if you don’t want to make it the way I requested

The staff is nice, the store is always clean when I have gone here. I have never had a bad experience, other than the time I got snarled at for not saying the kind of bread I wanted first. I guess that would get kind of annoying after a while. Oops.
