I arrived at the store around 6:25pm. The general manager took my order at 6:32pm. She was very friendly and so was the lady in the window. I ordered a 8 piece spicy family meal plus a ghost pepper sandwich. I spent $34.47 on this and was told it would be a 16 minute wait on the chicken which I didn’t mind waiting for. I sat patiently on the bench near the front counter where you can see if fresh fries were brought to the fry warmer. I was there for 25 minutes and no fries were brought to that fry warmer. I would think if I have to wait that long that fries would be dropped as well(my mistake I guess I should have asked). I got home 6 minutes later and the fries were inedible. I called and a gentleman answered. I explained what was wrong and he wanted to blatantly lie and say the fries were fresh. I hung up on him because I’m not sitting there arguing with you. If I pay for food and I’m waiting almost 20 minutes one would only assume everything to be fresh. I work at Taco Bell who sells fries and we have a fry warmer. It’s not meant to keep fries fresh for 45 mins.

Best Popeyes I’ve been to! You can tell they really care about their customers and food. It was hot and fresh (which is rare these days for fast food). The customer service was outstanding! The lady at the register even dropped a sauce I didn’t order in there saying, “something new to try”, (btw it was GOOD). Made my day 🙂

I’m not sure what happened with the bad reviews, but I’ve been to this location numerous times (I drive from Chattanooga, because it’s worth it) and I have yet to have a bad experience.
My food has always been fresh. The employees are always nice and pleasant. And the lobby is typically clean (traffic inside has an impact), especially in comparison to their competitors.

this place has really turned around since it’s been under new management. i noticed a few of the workers that had been there before and were absolutely rude are no longer working there. now it’s not always the best, it has its days and problems like every other restaurant, but it’s been mostly enjoyable every time i stop by. yes, they can be busy and sometimes wait time can be up to 20ish minutes depending on what you order and if they are short staffed/super busy, but it’s okay because they always try to go above and beyond to make sure the food is delicious and fresh. thank you to the workers here for showing up every day to serve people like myself.

My husband picked up the order and fortunately checked the contents before leaving. We had ordered two wraps and a caramel cheesecake cup (along with several other items). However, those items were missing from the bag.
When he asked about them, he was only then informed they were out of the wraps and cheesecake. Instead, two chicken strips and a cinnamon apple pie were added to the order without our knowledge. The cinnamon apple pie was also placed in the top of the bag so the cinnamon covered the fries and my son would not eat them. The chicken was OK and the rice was a bit undercooked.
We understand that items can occasionally be out of stock, but we expect to be informed and given the option to choose a replacement. Substituting items without informing the customer is not acceptable.

Kenneth the older gentleman taking my order was amazing. He was patient when I asked a couple questions. He also went out of his way to make my order exactly like I wanted it. He even made a new batch to make sure I got what I wanted. He even apologized for it taking a little extra time even though it took extra time because of my request. He was so sweet and the small talk wasn’t hard and super respectful.

Walked in to order to go. Talking with my friend looked up and black mold is growing out all the hvac vents. This is a huge health issue for workers and guest and food saftey in general cooperate needs to get down here and get a handle on this place before they hurt some people.

Horrible on two separate occasions a few weeks apart. Went inside both times and had to wait several minutes for someone to come to the counter, both times. The ice machine had no ice, both times. Even after you tell them that, they continue to give everybody empty cups, so they have to walk over and find out that there is no ice and then walk back to the counter for ice from the back. There were several bags sitting in the door dash window upon arrival, both times, and they continue to put more orders in there while you wait. No one from a delivery service ever showed up to pick up orders during either visit. One visit I was there for over 20 minutes and one for over 30 minutes. So if you are ordering from here through a delivery service like door dash, you should know that your food is sitting there for a half hour or so before it ever gets picked up. Their priority is evidently to fill orders for delivery services that don’t show up promptly and let customers who are present and ready to eat go ahead and wait. And wait and wait. Never again.

My spouse and I visited this location around 2 months ago. We paid close to $28 just for two chicken tender meals. When we got the food, the chicken was awful. It was tough, literally cold, and wasn’t worth eating. The mashed potatoes had a metallic taste to them and my spouses rice wasn’t even worth letting a dog eat. When leaving, there was an employee who was bent over and all you saw was their butt hanging out.. Half of their cheeks and everything. I’m not trying to be rude or be that person. I just dislike coming in, spending money, and not getting what we paid for.
