Decided to try again as a long standing customer (well, former!)
Last time it was burnt!!
Owner responded with the usual “letter us make things right”
Ordered again and look at the Basil!! Last time I checked basil is not BLACK!!! (Added photo that they have on their menu with GREEN basil as opposed to what i got!!) Like what happened to this place????? Ever since it got bought again its hasn’t been the same!!
Ok so that’s enough.
Going to Sad Boy where yes, its more expensive BUT consistent and NOT BURNT!!
So no, no more making it right…..

Got their pizza special and requested well done. They provided just that. Pizza was well done, accurate, tasted good. Giving these guys 4 stars because I feel like it was lacking a bit of cheese! Other than that no issues.

When I first moved to Georgetown, close to 15 years ago this was our number one take out spot. No longer. Not sure if the place is under new ownership or management but our last delivery was gross. Undercooked pizza was the worst offender, cheese barely melted. The toppings were cut in chunks. Never ordering here again.

This is my go to spot for pizza in Georgetown. Recently found out that offer Halal pepperoni. I have asked them a few times about putting more pepperoni as everytime I receive the pizza there is barely any topping. It happened again, will not be returning anymore. Even after asking for extra this is what the customer gets.

Visited for a pickup. On my first day, I saw a staff member collect empty pizza boxes from downstairs and throw them onto the floor upstairs where pizzas gets packed. On my second visit, there was a pet dog inside (a dog without a service vest). Staff (not sure, those people never had a uniform) were playing with the dog and then returned to food prep without washing their hands. No uniforms, no hygiene, and zero cleanliness. Absolutely unacceptable — never going back.

By far the worst pizza I have ever had – most of it ended up in the trash as it was not edible.
I ordered thin whole wheat crust and got what tasted like burnt cardboard…just awful.
It was the complete poor experience as the service was very slow and the staff were less than friendly..

Absolutely outstanding experience at pizzaiolo! My wife placed an online order just past 8pm Thursday night once the dinner rush subsided, we were impressed by how quickly and efficiently our pizza was prepared! The staff greeted us with warm smiles and genuine hospitality, ensuring we felt welcome even though it was later in the evening. They where also playing lots of 80s and 90s classics which made the atmosphere even more welcoming! We ordered the large 2 toppings special that comes with a choice of 2 dips or drinks which only costed less than 20 dollars which was an amazing deal. The pizza itself was a culinary masterpiece with a crispy crust, fresh ingredients, and a perfect blend of flavors that you can’t find anywhere else since it is prepared more traditionally here. Every staff member, from the drivers to the cooks, was attentive and friendly, and we felt very pleased with the service! Top-notch food with exceptional service eversince we walked in the door. Highly recommend and will definitely be ordering the same way everytime!

Ordered ahead of time, but when I got there, no pizza. I had ordered a Toni Pepperoni with extra cheese. It didn’t have extra cheese or extra pepperoni. And this happens after being forced to wait an extra 25 minutes for my pizza to be ready. Kid at the register was nice enough, but this is just brutal product and service.

UPDATE: Called on Sunday, was told that the owner Tony was not in that day- called at 3pm was told the owner would be in until 4:30pm that day. I was deceived by the information Sara the supervisor gave us. Contacted customer care and also Instagram… no one wants to acknowledge Tony’s location. Would not recommend this place to anyone $19 for a small gluten free pizza, pizza looked awful and served with attitude.
Ordered Jan 21st 2022. Called upon realizing the poor quality of pizza- undercooked and not even spread of cheese. spoke to someone who said they can’t give a refund asked to speak to a manager instead i got Sara who initially was aggressive with me for asking for a refund I explained the reasons. That was the first mistake of this places are, Sara seriously needs to be trained on how to speak to paying customers. Sara consistently was rude and created a hostile environment. What could have been a simple resolution has now left me speechless at this company for hiring and training someone so disrespectful. Sara told me that no one can give me a refund that it’s not possible…”the money is already in the system, we can’t give you your money back, it’s impossible.” How can someone seriously refuse to give you their money back for not even eating it. I asked who can give a refund she said no one. I asked who the manager was Tony Dibati (Sara’s spelling) and she was insistent that he would also say that it’s impossible to give me a refund.
Sara said that Sunday at 10am Tony will be in. How ridiculous this all is for attitude of a simple refund.
Pizzaiolo Mississauga has never done this, it’s unfortunate that this location is hiring some poor attitude workers.
