Usually have an ok experience here, the service is usually decent but today it was horrendous. Barely any acknowledgment let alone a “you’re welcome” or even “ok” when talking to the lady at the register. Paid $8 for a Royal Chicken Sandwich which looked like a chicken tender on a bun (even that’s being generous). We also order a whopper jr. but definitely got a kids cheeseburger. The kids nugget meals were fine but came with Valentine’s toys…in October, it was just laughable after having this experience. There was no point in bringing this to the worker at the register as you could tell she would’ve been unresponsive, we just won’t be going back.

Bucyrus Ohio: Spent $18 for 2 of THE WORST BK WHOPPERS I’ve ever had. Cold sandwiches hardly any toppings smooshed into the bread. Customer service is the same quality as their food. Sadly lacking and low. Completely ruined my appetite. Better training is definitely needed. I don’t know what they served to us but these definitely are not whoppers .

I decided to give Burger King another shot, after swearing I’d never go back about a year ago. I was very satisfied and the 2 girls working, I believe their names were Jayla and Johnna, were very welcoming. They provided excellent service, my food was made correctly, and they even apologized to me for my bad experience last year. Will definitely be making this my lunch spot! As I walked in to what seemed to be one of the nicer burger kings, I was immediately treated by a lady behind the counter holding a cigarette in one hand and lighter in the other. I gave her the benefit of the doubt and ordered anyways. She was pleasant but not very hygienic. I was surprised after ordering to watch her put down the cigarette and start handing my food. Needless to say I’m never coming back. Absolutely disgusting and unacceptable

The workers are legitimately incompetent. “Give us a couple minutes for fresh fries” turned into waiting 25 minutes for our food to be brought out to our car. That’s 25 minutes I could have been at home with my cat, Ellis. I wouldn’t eat at this location again if I was coming off a 48 hour fast and this was my only option. Horrible.

Normally, I have a fantastic time at this BK. Today, I noticed as I was pulling away from the screen that it might of been input wrong. I asked at the window and they assured me I was getting 3 doubles and 1 double plain. Get home, and they are all plain. Whatever, I can put my own stuff on it. But its still the fact I double checked with the workers at the window before they made them…

Drive through closes at midnight, I work a late shift, normally I don’t have any issues getting there at 11:30 and getting my food, but this night I got there at 11:35, they said they are 25 mins from closing they don’t have any meat out, they can’t give me my food.

My diabetic daughter went through tonight. Her blood sugar was really low and crashing. They refused her service. All because a cashier is her ex There was no drama between the two they broke up on mutual terms, and now my diabetic daughter gets refused service. The manager will do nothing about it because the manager is the mother of the cashier. How exactly is this right? Can someone please explain this to me?
