The people at the counter have bad attitudes. Even if you tell them, “Hey, I called my order 20 or 30 minutes ago,” they just reply, “You’re not the only customer, you have to wait.” And you still have to wait another 20–30 minutes.
Your order usually takes around 45 to 50 minutes in total. The lady in the kitchen makes it feel like a crime to buy food from them. It’s like she’s saying, “If you want our food, you have to wait.” She doesn’t care if you wait 30 or 40 minutes — she’s just rude about it.

Great customer service on the phone i was asking about the malawax burrito wrap i saw my friend had so i needed to call to get the sauce. But after inquiring about the price it just made me appreciate my family more but I will pull up inshallah and have a brunch here soon mashallah
