I recently ordered a Philly steak sandwich from this place, and unfortunately, it didn’t meet my expectations. The sandwich lacked any kind of sauce, toppings, or even basic ingredients like onions and peppers. It was pretty disappointing. Maybe double-check orders before serving. I will be calling the food administration to report this. This is not the first time. And if their was a good man manager he would place good workers. This is almost ten dollars I work hard for my money.Also the chicken parmigan discussing the sauce dark red old cheese hard as rock. .y mistake was not picking it up myself because of the cold. That was 9 dollars unvalibable.

We usually order pizza from here, but today we decided to try some of their other options and it just definitely wasn’t it. We made a pickup order for only an eggplant Italiano hero and an eggplant parm with fettuccine at 4:30pm. They said it’ll be ready in 25 minutes, but when we got there, we still had to wait. We saw them bringing in some inventory, so I can understand if you’re busy, but at least let us know if you ran out of something. Maybe we could’ve just changed our order before I paid. I know you’d be risking a customer to cancel completely, but better to be open and honest to keep your customers than to just make us wait for an unknown amount of time. We didn’t leave there until almost 6pm! That’s what the initial issue was until we got home.
Once we got home and started eating, my boyfriend found a piece of plastic in his sandwich! It had to be some part of a device or something because there was a lock depicted on it. Now for my food, it first looked appetizing on the top, but I was definitely deceived when I dug in. It was so bland and the sauce wasn’t even sauce; it was more so pasta water with a dash of tomato sauce. It was runny and unseasoned. Regardless if you’re running behind, quality should still be up to par. We definitely couldn’t finish anything. Very disappointing.

Supposedly they aren’t open on Monday; however Ubereats still charged me and won’t relay a refund because “the restaurant started working on your order” HOW?! When the damn place is closed!?

Ordered a ceaser wrap today, didn’t get a ceaser wrap. Plus the female at the front was too occupied on giving a customer they wronged less that correcting their wrong. Awful experience, this business cares more about money than delivering a decent product. Shame of you.

I ordered a Penne-Vodka dish and waited an hour and 20 minutes for it to arrive. But that’s no all… The Penne-Vodka was horrible. Not only was it dry, but the noodles were also soggy. The picture below shows clearly the mess that I received-dry, soggy, and chunks of dry sauce. I wasted close to $16.00 to receive a dish that was ordered at 9:10pm and was delivered close to 11:00pm (No Exaggeration) I had to call to find out where was my food- and when I finally received my food, it was horrible.
Prince Pizzeria is known for the best Penne-Vodka dish but this dish was just disgusting. I never had any complaints up until now. Take the cook out of the kitchen because he/she does not know what they are doing!!!!
