I don’t normally leave negative reviews but I just had to for this place. I am writing because of my experience with the female worker who was working at 7pm on 1/9/26. I asked for a grilled chicken salad without peppers and there was a bit of a language barrier between us and she did not understand what I wanted (I had it already pulled up on my phone because sometimes it is easier for me to look through the app rather than the menu) so I showed her the salad on the app, and i said this salad just without the peppers please and her tone immediately becomes rather rude and says “the picture is not necessary” and i was like “oh sorry” and so she just asked what i wanted with the chicken which was fine with me. she asked what cheese i wanted and i was unsure right away so i took a few seconds to think and then she actually yells “WHAT KIND OF CHEESE” which is where she lost my respect. I think we both had a little difficulty understanding each other’s accents but i felt i was being more patient with her than she was with me which is not how it should work when you are working customer service.

Where I work I had heard the legends of the terrible service here. I decided to check it out for myself. Upon entry she seemed like a typically unenthused sandwich artist, which I RESPECT, but the man in front of me was visibly frustrated. When my order was taken, it was prepared completely out of order. I asked for the shredded cheese on top of the meat and she said ‘too late’ didn’t ask if I wanted it toasted and threw it in. When it came out, we went through veg. I asked for salt pepper and Oregano and was replied to with ‘Salt pepper. What else’ I said Oregano? She just said what else again. I gave up. I stood by with my food to watch the next person in line, who she actually yelled at to ‘SLOW DOWN AND GO IN ORDER LEFT TO RIGHT’. I thought he would walk away. I will definitely be back for the abuse when the mood strikes me, but the rumors are true. It’s all true.

On January 7, 2026, I bought a sandwich at your location, and the service I received was unacceptable. The employee who prepared my order acted openly hostile, showed clear annoyance, and treated me as if I were an inconvenience rather than a customer.
She falsely claimed that the bread I requested was unavailable and prepared the sandwich with obvious displeasure. Her attitude was so negative that I seriously considered canceling the order and leaving. I only proceeded because I was in a hurry.
This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. If a zero rating were possible, that is exactly what I would give — specifically to the employee working that shift. This behavior reflects poorly on your business and needs to be addressed immediately. I expect management to speak with her and enforce proper customer service standards.**

The worker refused to warm up meat if you wanted an untoasted sandwich. She was rude and was happy to lose business. I have tried multiple times and am met with an experience very different from other Subways. Stay away.

Dude there was fine, lady on the other hand very disrespectful, threw my food and got pissed I asked for Italian seasoning telling me to speak up, when I wasn’t even really quiet. Also super mean to the kids behind me. Also how you gonna get mad when I ask for Italian seasoning and you decide to add pickles, and then give me horrible attitude you have to take them off. This location had the most flavorful veggies I’ve ever had at Subway. It all tasted extremely fresh and high quality. Service was also nice and quick. One of the best experiences I’ve ever had at a Subway!

Appalling service!! The lady and the young man that work here go out of there way to be disgustingly rude to you. They also make up there own rules about coupons… they will tell you “this store doesn’t accept coupons” even though it’s a coupon FOR THIS STORE… i frequent the mall here and I enjoy subway but the employees here drive customers away like it’s there job. She WILL yell at you. She yelled at my aunt because she asked for diet coke and they have pepsie products.. the people in line behind us left after that. This is the absolute WORST subway… please don’t give them your money take it ANYWHERE else. Horrible people horrible service!

If I could give ZERO stars, I absolutely would. This is by far the worst Subway location I’ve ever been to. We simply asked about the bread options, and the lady working there was unbelievably rude and dismissive—as if customers are a burden to her. Completely unprofessional, no manners, and no respect for customers. I will never come back here, and I strongly suggest everyone avoid this place at all costs.

The food was good but the line was long. The worker looked like he was very unhappy and very quite. There is nothing special about it, it’s a subway. They seemed to have less options then other subways but this is also a mall location.
