Took over 25 min from the time of speaking to someone in the drive thru to getting food. Was an in app order for 3 items. 5pm on 2/20/2026. No more than 3 cars in parking lot, no one else in drive thru. I won’t ever be back and I can now see why no one provides business here.

I haven’t been here in awhile..Today I stopped in for a Crispy Chicken sandwich and medium fries..They ask me to pull around the front..so I did and waited about 8 minutes..thinking this is going to be fresh and hot..Wrong..it was Old and Cold..Please do Better..There are too many other places to eat at..

(Drive through) Honestly, I wouldn’t be able to tell you if the food was good, due to the employee that was taking my order interrupting, arguing about what I want, deleting part of what I ordered when I was trying to order more. I admit that I did he ride in the end, when I had finally had enough of the nonsense, arguing, and hateful tone overall, while trying to order the food for myself and my family (5 children and 2 adults) . I understand a possibility of confusing when they’re is more than one meal being ordered, which is why I started that this was going to be a lagged order with multiple meals all on one bill. This location has lost my, and my family’s business. I wouldn’t send anyone to this restaurant for any reason.

I would give 0 if I could. They are never open at 6am. Just change the hours to accommodate employees who can’t show up and do their job. I feel bad for the same guy who is there all the time and has to apologize because he can’t open until someone else shows up.

Paid for the SpongeBob bundle and they didn’t give us the cake. This too expensive to be forgetting stuff. Probably cheaper to go to a better BK.

came in late (sorry), and the staff was super nice. since it was near closing, our food was cooked to order hot&fresh. unlike most BKs I’ve visited in my time, the fries were actually salted quite well!

The only issue I have is that it took 30 minutes to get my food. Had to pull up to the front of the store to wait for hash browns and eggs. They only had 2 people in the store. The cashier was fantastic and the person who brought out the food was really nice too. But it took 30 minutes and I was late getting to my destination.
