I have been ordering from the South Commercial location about once a month for my business for many years. I have only the best to say about the quality of pizza, delivery drivers, and communication when ordering. The pizza is always delivered fast and hot and my coworkers love the pizza. Thanks!

Spend over $100 for online order. Ordered and was charged for 8 sides of ranch. Went to pick up order and asked if the ranch was in the pizza boxes, they said that they were. Got home and they were not in there. This after leaving a very large tip, they just lied to me to get me out of the store it seemed. The food was okay but never going back. Could not even take the little effort to check, I guess I could have but the customer shouldn’t have to.

Yesterday, October 6, my family ordered two pizzas from your South Salem location. Being new to the area and having heard many recommendations for your pizza, we were excited to finally try it. However, the experience was all together disappointing.
To begin with, the pizza was delivered in shambles. Our Green Monster pizza was practically destroyed from the delivery with many of the toppings sliding completely off the crust, leaving a greasy mess.
While the cheese pizza was fine, the Green Monster was greasy, flappy, doughy, and all together flavorless. We really expected more, especially paying the prices expected from a local chain. We were more than willing to pay higher prices to support a local business, but left the experience feeling like we had wasted our time and money. It is disappointing to feel like our money would have been better spent at a major corporate chain.

The sweet spot is a savory experience you can’t match at other pizza spots around town. Nothing compares to the signature taste of odd Moe’s crust and the quality ingredients they use, especially the cheese. Eat from them once a week, and likely will continue too.

We have ordered from Odd Moe’s several times in the last 6 months. I love their “Big Juan (Taco pizza) and Habanero Mango wings”. After a very long week of working retail and helping customers myself during this Christmas season. This sounded fabulous. Well it took forever to get our order. Like an hour, (maybe im exhaused and a but cranky about that, yes i could have just gone and gotten it, but this elf has been on her feet for 10+hours working 40+hours. Any ways. To my surprise we received a pepperoni pizza with a hand written note “Payton might be smarter” on the inside and like 5 wings (the half lb wich ive ordered several times and get like 12) so we called and had nothing but grief, the lady that answered argued and argued. I weighed the wings in the box and they didnt even register on the scale. She said well “enjoy the pizza you got” wait NO, we want the pizza we paid for and have a receipt for. Finally she said she would send the Taco but nothing she would do about the wings.
I really love the taco pizza and wings but its not enough for me to be treated so horribly and be ripped off. We are all in hard times. But be consistent and have good customer service. Not

I just had to call them as the pizza re sent was ice cold and looks nothing like their normal Pizza. (Zoe the manager) was super helpful, she was not told anything that was relayed from the 1st call. She apologized and refunded our whole order. Props to her. She has restored my faith some. But they need to train staff on customer service especially not to lie.

We have been die hard. Customers from the day the opened. Loved crisp crust, fresh melty cheese fresh ingredients. But the last 3 pizzas have been big disappointment! Soggy crust, toppings not melted, cooked requests forgotten. Drivers are great but we are done!!! No more

Great pizza, expensive compared to little ceasers or domino’s. But you get what ypu pay for, and they don’t make a pizza thick like odd Moe’s does. If you haven’t had one, you need to.

Last week they messed up my pizza and didn’t put Italian sausage on it. They said that I would be getting a free pizza and they asked for my name. When I called tonight to get the free pizza they said they had no record of me getting a credit for a free pizza because the employee last week didn’t ask for my phone number. The employee tonight was disrespectful and hung up on me. I will never come back here ever again.

I never liked a vegi heavy pizza until I had their artichoke pizza, now I’m obsessed. Whoever chose the ranch used in stores is clearly a connoisseur themselves, it’s a no frills pre-made mix that pairs perfectly with a slice of cheap pizza and a bud light lime-a-rita. 10/10 customer service , 8.5/10 Pizza per Price ratio, 9/10 ranch, 10/10 for not being papa johns.
