Order almost always flubbed in one way or another. Always out of sides. How the heck do you run out of your 2 sides?? And charging $4 for sides filled only 2/3rd full. Sheeeesh. Food tastes great when it’s actually made correctly. The bagged cookies are mid. Heck, even Subway’s decrepit selves bake their cookies fresh in-house.

I Love this Place really respectfully to the Customer. They helped U what ever you need they Greet you at the door and when you leave, it’s a good place to eat at very good food and just got hired for this job and Miss Maria was a very good help and she’s very respectful and a sweetheart and the Lord is gonna bless her for the wonderful blessings she did for me for my little family cause I gotta do what I gotta do for my little family. I stood in the lobby for ten minutes with no line at 11:08 am. I was literally ignored by the (4) employees working there. No one offered to take my order. This place is completely horrible for service. I eventually walked out.

When we ordered, the gentleman didn’t say much. I had to ask him what size he rang us up for, then I had to ask if that came with a drink or if that was just the sandwich…. I would have expected to be asked if I wanted the meal for the upsell(which I wanted).
The food was good-just make sure you tell them off the bat if there’s any vegetables or condiments you DON’T want because they’ll put it on automatically.
When they say they’re freaky fast, they’re not lying. I didn’t have time to get my fountain drink before it was in a bag ready for us.
The place was clean from what I could see. As far as atmosphere, it was so quiet we could hear all of the conversations between the employees sitting in the booth on the other side of the dining room. Then as we were leaving, the Beetles came on the radio lol….

Corporate needs to fire whoever’s decision is was to remain operating without any bread, I just got charged 10 dollars for a sandwich with literally no bread after being told that they only had wheat available and had to change my original order. Save your money and go elsewhere. I gave them back a star as at least the poor sap stuck dealing with this mess gave me extra bacon.

Tried to order 3 sandwiches for delivery. Called an hour after order was confirmed after a few minutes the person who answered the call said that he tried to call and that they were out of bread. The number to call is on our profile so that was a lie also was very unprofessional on the phone.

Let me start off by saying: I LOVE Jimmy John’s. However, in the past few years it seems the “freaky fast” motto means nothing. Jimmy John’s was bought out by another brand, Inspire, a few years ago, and has become a gimmick and totally subpar. I ordered a #13 for delivery and I am one mile away from the store. As I write this review, it has been over an hour and my food still has not arrived. Rather than utilize a delivery driver, they pawned off the order on UberEats. This has happened on multiple occasions and is a leading factor in these long delivery times. I will think twice before ordering again.
